Where I’ve been...
Hello!! I know I’ve been gone from tumblr for a while and haven’t exactly been writing but here’s why: I have been having some sever health/ medical problems in my life that have totally turned my life and the way I used to love it upside down. My mental health comes first and even as I miss a lot of the things I used to do, right now I just have no power in me to do them. I miss writing, sooooo much! But sadly I’ve been uninspired for a long long while now. I will come back and begin writing again and when I do, I’ll be stronger than ever. I love you all and thank you so much for understanding and sticking around.

Well I love it so far, so thank you! I heard from other writers that readers interaction is low across the board right now so it isn't just yours, hopefully ur not to discouraged and it gets better! I'm ready for whatever and whenever you want to give us the next parts
Awww thank you!! I’ll definitely be posting more of it then!
I'm SO excited for Atlantis, I can tell its gonna break my heart(and maybe put it back together in the end)!!!!!!!! Is it gonna be like a mini series or a 2 parter?
I’ve kinda been taking a break from it because I figured that no one was reading it butttt I have so many ideas for it! I’m thinking it’ll be a mini series tbh. I’m working on part 2 right now! I’m hoping to get it up by some time next week!!
Reblog if this is going to be YOU on New Years Eve 😌😂👐
“I’m finally going to write! I have a great idea!”

All of the harry content that we got for Christmas: truly a gift under my tree.
Atlantis chapter I
A story about a broken relationship between two college students named Elouise and Harry. Harry wants to move on, but Elouise knows that something is still there. Will Harry be able to feel it too?
She walks up the front steps of the frat house, her feet dodging all of the party debris on the ground. People are beginning to pour out of the house, and all she wants to do is turn around and go home. Elouise wants to go back to her and Harry’s apartment, even if it is lonelier there than ever before.
Harry suggested that they go to this party tonight, that they get out of the confinements of their stuffy apartment. She only agreed with him because she can’t seem to fight anymore, not with him at least.
She’s been fighting with herself for a while though, her mind and her heart wrestling on what to do. Elouise doesn’t know what she’s doing anymore.
Elouise and Harry have been dating for two years now, the both of them falling immediately in love during their sophomore year. Now they’re both seniors in college, struggling to make ends meet, struggling with finding the spark they’ve evidently lost. Elouise feels it, and so does Harry.
Their love feels as though its been on a subsequent break for a while now. Elouise knows that deep down she isn’t ready for the flame to extinguish, for the years to just disappear. She still loves Harry, but she’s unsure if he’s still in the rink fighting for them as she is.
Elouise squeezes her body through the crowd, several of the partygoers nudging into her. She practically gets knocked off of her feet each time.
Her eyes are searching for Harry’s, for the light at the end of the tunnel. She knows that she’ll start to feel safer once she’s with him, his arm lazily wrapped around her as they both get intoxicated off of each other. That’s how they used to spend their time at parties, but Elouise fears that tonight may be different.
Elouise typically doesn’t like the idea of arriving at one of these parties alone, but tonight Harry had work and decided that they’d just meet there. Elouise begins to worry when she doesn’t immediately spot him waiting in the living room, where he promised her he’d be waiting.
Acquaintances greet Elouise as she walks by them, her eyes looking all around for Harry. She’s beginning to wonder if he’d gone home, if he’d cancel and hadn’t of told her.
But just as she begins to think that, her eyes spot him from across the room. He’s wearing his black trousers and a simple white t-shirt, a look that’s quite typical for him when he’s working. He probably changed into a t-shirt in the back of his car.
As Elouise is walking over to him someone pulls her aside, her best friend twirling her around and wrapping her arms around her.
“Look who decided to come out tonight!” Charlotte drunkenly exclaims as she looks Elouise up and down, almost as if she’s examining her.
“Harry suggested that we leave the apartment tonight,” Elouise says.
She can tell that Charlotte is already quite tipsy. Charlotte is the type of person to only get drunk off of two beers. Harry used to always tease her for being an extreme lightweight, while Elouise would joking defend her best friend. They all used to hang around each other, but now it seems as though they’re all beginning to go their separate ways far too quickly.
“Why isn’t he with you?” Charlotte asks.
Elouise hasn’t told anyone, not even her best friend standing right in front of her, that she and Harry have been having issues. She doesn’t want certain sorority girls telling her “I told you so” and “you were never good enough for a guy like him”. Elouise is tired of blaming herself for all of this.
“He went to grab drinks,” Elouise lies.
“Well, let’s go and find him!” Charlotte grabs a hold of Elouise and walks with her through the crowds.
Elouise is hoping they’ll find Harry by himself, that he isn’t surrounded by lonely girls. They tend to flock towards him whenever he’s alone, and back then he would’ve shooed them away, but now he talks with every girl as if it is a job interview. Elouise is losing him, and she’s scared shitless that soon enough it might be too late to bring him back.
“There he is with…” Charlotte trails off as she looks at the girl Harry is talking to. They both have a drink in hand, his hand wrapped around a cool beer bottle.
“Kendall Harlow.” Elouise finishes, the name feeling like acid on her tongue.
Kendall is one of those flawless girls in college that had their glory years in high school but don’t want to admit it. She’s getting her nursing degree while also modeling on Instagram. She’s perfect enough to do all of that, to take sponsorships from swimsuit and sunglasses brands. Elouise could never pose for an audience, not like that at least.
“What are you waiting for?” Charlotte asks as she nudges Elouise closer to Harry. “Go take your man back!” Charlotte pushes Elouise into the fire, watching as she slowly walks over to Harry and Kendall.
They’re both laughing, their bodies too close for Elouise’s liking. She wants to pull him away from Kendall, distract him from her tall, slender frame and long, shining brown hair. Elouise wants to be perfect enough to distract him away from her.
But she also doesn’t want to act too hastily, interrupting them and acting jealous if truly nothing is going on. Maybe they’re just talking about something funny, nothing flirtatious at all. Elouise decides on being cool and acting like the loving girlfriend she has been playing the role of for the last few months.
“Hey, babe. I’ve been looking for you everywhere,” Elouise shamelessly interrupts their conversation.
Kendall and Harry immediately turn to look at Elouise, their eyes burning into her. She feels as though she is under a microscope as Kendall and Harry look at her, her body feeling extremely small beneath their gazes.
“I got bored waiting for you,” Harry mutters. Elouise can already sense that he’s drunk–drunk and senseless.
The two go back to talking as if Elouise isn’t even standing there. She doesn’t exist in this conversation and it’s killing her from the inside out. Elouise wants to be enough, she wants Harry to be excited when he’s waiting for her, not bored.
“I’m thinking of getting my boobs done!” Kendall shouts over the music. This line makes Elouise focus on their conversation.
Kendall smirks over at her, knowing exactly what she’s doing. Elouise just can’t believe that Harry isn’t reassuring her, that he isn’t pulling them away so they can be alone. He used to only look at her body with dark eyes, the lust that was reserved for her now being used on someone else.
“Can I talk to you?” Elouise asks Harry, her hand tugging on his. He looks over at her, obvious annoyance laced on his features as he excuses himself from Kendall for one minute. He walks with Elouise through the house, his feet dragging behind them as he longs to get back to Kendall.
Elouise finds an empty room quickly and pulls them both inside. It’s dark around them at first, and Elouise decides to keep it that way. She can’t stand to see how flustered his cheeks are or how dark his emerald eyes are. How he’s dripping in drunken lust; how it isn’t for her this time.
“What’s wrong this time?” Harry asks, his voice slurred and raspy. Elouise crosses her arms and plops down onto the bed in the room. Her silhouette’s outlined in the moonlight, Harry’s eyes finally falling onto the sight of her downturned lips and glassy eyes.
Harry always thought that she looked ethereal when she was bathed in the moonlight.
He walks over to her, his body sitting down right beside hers. They look at each other now, the moonlight dancing over their good sides. Elouise wants to reach out and touch his cheek, her body longing for the warmth of his skin.
Harry takes a hold of her hand in her lap, his fingers intertwining with hers. Elouise knows that Harry is trying his best, that he really wants to be with Kendall but feels obligated to stay with Elouise. She wants to be desired again and not feel like she’s just roping Harry into this relationship.
“Kendall’s pretty,” Elouise whispers. They’re sitting so close to one another that she doesn’t feel the need to shout or yell at him.
“She’s alright,” Harry says.
Elouise turns to look at him, her vision blurred as tears well up in her eyes. Harry is scratching the back of his head with his free hand as he looks down at the ground, looks down at the empty space between them.
Elouise wants to kiss him, wants to throw her body atop his and roll around in the sheets. She wants to feel that warmth in the pit of her stomach just one more time. She wants him to love and want her.
Elouise leans in, her face centimeters away from his. His breath smells of cheap beer and mint, a combination she’s learned to love throughout their college years together. Her lips ghost over his, a shiver running up her spine as their lips touch. It feels like they haven’t kissed in so long–like they haven’t been connected in so long.
But Harry pulls away from her, treating her as if she’s a stranger instead of his girlfriend of two years. Elouise looks down at their laps, feeling like a complete idiot as she pulls away from him. Her hand slips out of his, her heart aching at an unbearable rate.
Harry scrambles for an explanation, but he just can’t seem to come up with something coherent enough. His mind is fuzzy as he watches his perfect girlfriend tear up on the bed, the light from the moon showing just how disappointed he’s made her.
He doesn’t have the guts to tell her that he just doesn’t love her anymore–that he’d rather be downstairs with Kendall than kissing Elouise in here.
“Look, El…” Harry starts but Elouise cuts him off right away.
“Don’t,” her voice is shaky with tears. “Just leave.” Elouise turns away from him, her body hidden away from the moonlight. Elouise doesn’t want Harry to see the collection of tears down her cheeks, the sign that shows truly how all of this between them is over.
She hears him leave the room, the door shutting softly behind him. Elouise knows he’s on his way back to Kendall, back to someone far more interesting and beautiful than her. Elouise just doesn’t understand anymore. She doesn’t understand how she lost a hold of his love.
Elouise makes her way back downstairs, her body squeezing through everyone as she hurriedly runs out of the house with her tears still fresh on her cheeks. She doesn’t bother telling Harry that she’s leaving, the idea being wiped from her mind when she sees his arm wrapped around Kendall’s petite frame.
It almost makes Elouise sick–sick to know that even though she’s still his girlfriend, she isn’t someone he loves anymore.
She cries all the way home, the chilly night air wrapping around her like a sweater. Tonight she’ll be going to bed alone, the sheets stiff as she lays down and snuggles into his side of the bed.
His shirt is far too big on her, but it smells of him, of better times. She pretends to be asleep when Harry comes home, and she notices how late he is. He clumsily moves around the apartment, his lanky body stumbling around due to his intoxicated state.
He walks into the bedroom, hickeys on his neck and hair a mess. Harry looks down at Elouise’s sleeping body, his heart aching for what he’s about to do. Tonight he slept with someone else, betrayed her before she was even able to defend herself. He fucked up, but he also set them free.
He packs up a few of his things, unknown to the fact that Elouise is awake. Tears cascade down her skin and saturate the pillow. She wants to stop him, but the intruding scent of Kendall’s perfume on his skin lets her know that there is no kind of fight that could win their relationship back. Elouise knows it’s over, but she doesn’t know if she’s done fighting yet.
Harry grabs his bag and stands at the end of the bed, his eyes looking her over one last time. “I’m sorry El,” he whispers, those words being the last thing he said to her before walking out of the apartment.
Elouise lifts her head after hearing the door close, her chest heaving up and down as she tries to catch her breath. The only man she’s ever truly loved has just left her. He packed all of his side of the closet, the only article of his clothing left being his t-shirt draped on her body.
Elouise pulls the fabric close, memorizing the scent and feel of him. Harry’s gone, but somehow Elouise knows that it isn’t the end of their story, not yet at least.

Elouise can already sense that he’s drunk--drunk and senseless.
It feels like they haven’t kissed in so long--like they haven’t been connected in so long.
