Maker Trait Override for Nectar Making! (Horse Ranch)

This is just a somewhat minor mod in that it will override the Maker Trait to take into account the new Skill of Nectar Making in Horse Ranch and you'll get buffs, etc through that process. I have only updated the English string so far for the mod. I will also look at overriding the aspiration.
