People of Tokyo / Candid frames of colors & the commute. twitter.com/liamwong
The best place for shopping Sailor Moon Merchandise in Tokyo so far was definitely Nakano Broadway. On the 4th (or 3rd? Maybe??) floor there was a Mandarake especially dedicated to Vintage Magical Girl Series and their 90s Sailor Moon goods were vaaast (like, everything from those atrocious old fake Barbies to coloring books in good condition). On the same floor was a shop that sold lots of cels, including Sailor Moon ones, and all the other hundreds of shops in Nakano Broadway all had at least some Sailor Moon. Plus, it’s way cheaper than Akihabara, so there’s that, too. And when you’re done shopping, you can go head down to the basement floor for their famous, giant, rainbow soft ice cream.
