I asked the dr for some help with my pots symptoms in the heatwave last week, woke up to a phone call the next day telling me to call 999. figured it was an overreaction and I also just didn’t want to lol, every day since I’ve been second guessing it. I mean it is an overreaction. I don’t want to sit in a&e for an entire day and/or night for them to be like ‘damn that sucks bye’. it’ll be overstimulating and honestly cause more symptoms. how will that help? but at the same time I feel rottennnnnnn. whatever man lol

#cardiology don’t answer the phone. my cardiologists receptionist doesn’t reply to voicemails #got through to the arrhythmia nurses monday and he said I’d hear back but thursday is over and I’m tired man #if I may be earnest for a moment. I’m scared #it’s never been this bad before and. lowkey. tbh. maybe. I don’t want to live if this is going to be a new normal #it can’t be a new normal.
