Ladies...Am I the only woman who can't have multiple orgasms? Sure feels like it

So before you say I don't know what I'm doing, I'm very familiar with my own body and how it orgasms. Tested positive for chlamydia. Partner is accusing me of infidelity. I don’t know what to believe anymore.
