Binary folks: What's the non-binary equivalent for yaoi/yuri? yaori?

Me: We have trixic (enby/women), toric (enby/men), enbian (enby/enby), and diamoric (enby/anyone). Please don't use yaori to refer to diamoric ships as it is not a word that came from the QL scene like yaoi and yuri did and was made up by people who don't know anything about QL and is just butchering a language.

Survivors AU Black & Cyan!

I wasn't really sure how to treat crewmate visors, but I ended up landing on eyes only (rather than being their entire face). So where losing your visor isn't a death sentence surviving the shock, massive blood loss and tissue damage was still a miracle for Cyan.

Sadly Cyan knew there wouldn't be anyone to celebrate this miracle with at the hospital- their relationship with their parents had always been disastrous and they had little doubt they would not visit. As for friends... Loneliness was a large part of why Cyan originally applied to work for MIRA. They heard Black across the room being visited by their loving family ; by their friends and partners ; and only felt lonelier.

Black meanwhile, who had lost their right hand and was now covered in deep scars, had noticed this lack of visitors. In the end, after getting Cyan to open up to them and explain their situation, they decided to let Cyan live with them and their roommates for a time.

Nowadays the two live together and share an appartment with Black's partners Plum and Magenta. Cyan has learned how to use a mobility white cane and is currently learning to read braille with Black's help. The idea of Cyan only staying temporarily and needing to find their own appartment has also been thrown out as Cyan has semi-officially joined Black, Plum and Magenta's polycule.

I am so done with binary queer people in fandom atp. Just saw someone "headcanon" (read: misgender) a character from the Among Us show as a trans woman. How many times do we have to tell them that making canonically non-binary characters binary is ALWAYS erasure, even if you're being trans about it? When will those assholes finally listen?!
