Byfords in Holt, North Norfolk have such a following with their cafe and deli that they have set up their own branded range of cakes - SPONGE.

Love it. The modern packaging and old-fashioned signage are tops.

Byfords cafe in Holt, Norfolk, is a fantastic place for a pitstop at any time of the day. Cosy and popular, it’s hard to put a foot wrong with this great little venue and menu. 

But Pie Hunter wasn’t expecting it to be a pasty mecca and enjoyed took advantage of this unexpected opportunity by taking a couple to go. By them cooked or uncooked for extra freshness.
