A revolting and frightening compilation of police escalating situations and treating American citizens like animals. We have a right to protest. No cop should be laying their hands on citizens exercising their right to peaceful protest. No cop should be shoving, beating, and gassing citizens just because they feel they can get away with it. Don’t let them get away with this.

Together we’re more powerful than they ever could be, and they know it. That’s why they’re out attacking and brutalizing in broad daylight. They’re afraid. And they should be.

I think I hate dating men. Just a few thoughts here.

First, I’ve been ignored by every man I’ve dated for a period of time while he plays video games. I can’t stand it. I’ve been crying all day and he’s just playing video games.

Second, their discomfort with the fact that I also love women and queer culture. This is a part of me and I need my partner to love it. Love every part of me that makes me whole please and thank you.

Third, I need a deeeep deep deep emotional connection. A deep one. I wanna talk about my feelings and their feelings and their friend’s feelings and really it’s not asking that much. We can talk about other things too but we can’t skip this part. And why does it look like I bore him when I’m telling him about something that triggered a traumatic experience? Why does he look bored when I’m trying to talk about the things that scare me or excite me? Like all he can think about is getting back to his game.

There is so much more. But I’m done boring anyone else with my feelings. I just wish I was as interesting as his game or honestly I wish he was as interested in what I was saying as he is when he’s listening to what his friend’s have to say.

Maybe I’m with the wrong man. But also right now dating a girl sounds way more appealing. So excuse me while I go immerse myself in lesbian material off the internet and contemplate the mistake I made in dating a man.

i hope that one day we live in a world where children are allowed to just be children, where they dont have to fight tooth and nail for their rights and their futures, but i could not be prouder of this generation
