you're making shifting hard
shifting is not hard. you're making it seem that way.
Feeling Like You Should Be Doing More? STOP.

You donât need to be doing more. You donât need to be scripting for hours, repeating affirmations all day, or obsessing over methods. Manifestation is not about effort. Itâs about being.
⨠Are you being the version of you that has it?
⨠Are you thinking like the version of you that has it?
⨠Are you trusting that itâs already yours?
Thatâs all you need. Not more effort. Not more work. Just alignment.

The only way to shift
1. Go outside.
2. Watch the birds fly around, you know, they're being natural and all that, so carefree they don't have a thought behind their thick heads they're just flying without a doubt.
3. Leave the phone inside. Delete all social media, stop being dependent on outside interference, its your reality, you don't need to read that exact same reddit/tumblr post a million times.
4. Did you bring a notebook and pen? Good. What is that question you wanted to ask that blogger? Write it down. Inhale exhale, eventually the answer will come to you. You already were going to answer as your assumption, who had taken the form of that shifting scholar blogger.
5. Good. You've done it. It's more freeing isn't it? You don't have to bow down in front of anyone, you don't have to rely on anyone anymore, you're free from societal pressures, the need for acceptance and wanting to blend in. You're a separate entity, you're the runaway, imagine you fleeing this reality in a small boat, pushing yourself far away from here, to your intended reality.
6. Anyway, anyhow you'll shift. Now that you stopped looking at others, pretend no one other than you knows about shifting. It's your own little secret, only you know how it works, logically.
Since shifting is so akin to freeing yourself from traditional outlooks on life, so should be its associated principles, a reality cultivates inside of you when you shift, I don't use harsh words but, isn't it stupid how you can go to lengths to find the solutions in an external environment which you've created?
7. Be that philosopher you've always wanted to be, in your world, having shifted. Only your perspective matters. Only you can have an opinion on yourself, how you define yourself. How you define the world around you, the circumstances around you, everything.

How To Finally Shift If Youâve Been Trying For 2+ Years
â ď¸ Little warning before we begin: donât get scared off! I might sound a little negative at first, but thatâs not the point of this post. My goal is for you to reach the end of this and think âOh, Iâm definitely going to shift to my DR now!â
Having said that:
If youâve been on your shifting journey for two or more years, doing methods, reprogramming your mind, consuming advice, maintaining a mental diet, manifesting, forcing assumptions, trying to create assumptions, etc, etcâ¤and you still havenât shifted your awareness to your DR, maybe itâs time to stop trying to make yourself shift.
Stop trying to shift.
Stop trying to trigger a shift.
Maybe the thing you need at this point in your journey is to stop trying to make yourself shift.
And Iâll explain why by asking you a question:
In these two, three, four, however many years of effort, donât you think you would have shifted by now?
Think about it. Youâve oversaturated your mind with the intention to shift. You do all your methods correctly. You try to convince yourself that you're already in your DR. You feel symptoms. Sometimes you even "mini shift." And yet⌠you're still here. Doing the same things. Searching for advice that leads you right back to doing the same thing:
Trying to shift. Trying to trigger a shift. Trying to shift your awareness.
Trying.
Trying confidently.
Trying hopelessly.
Trying angrily.
âŚTrying.
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, triggering a shift, or successfully shifting with a method, it would have happened by now.
âBut Clover, I still have a lot of soul-searching and work to do! I just need to put in more effort!â
Awesome! Then click away, because this advice isnât for you. Iâm not talking to you.
Iâm talking to the person who is tired. Who is drained. Who, despite applying all the sage advice on the internet, is just burnt out from the process of shifting.
And if that sounds like you, let me repeat: Maybe you need to stop actively trying to shift.
Your work is done. And thatâs a good thing.
Youâve spent years ingraining the idea of shifting into your subconscious. Youâve impressed the intention to shift so deeply that itâs already there. Congratulations! You did all the mental work. Itâs done.
Your DR is already yours. You already have the ability to shift.
So stop trying to trigger it. Stop trying to make yourself shift.
Let go of the âmaking yourself shiftâ process.
âOh my god, sheâs going to tell me to take a break.â
LMAO you thought.
Yes, breaks are excellent. They help reset and recharge your mindset. I always encourage taking breaks if you need them. But letâs be honest. Sometimes, even the thought of taking a break feels just as mentally exhausting as staying on your shifting journey.
âOh no, sheâs going to tell me to do nothing at all.â
Once again, you thought.
Instead, youâre going to capitalize on the fact that youâve already done all this work. The intention to shift is always, always, always in your mind. Your subconscious knows you want to shift. Just like it knows how to shift your awareness.
So, the next time you lay down to do your shifting process...
Instead of trying to shiftâŚ
Instead of trying to induce a shift, induce the void, or force an outcomeâŚ
Give yourself exactly what you want.
Give yourself the feeling of being in your DR.
Drop the conscious, active intention to shift because your subconscious already has it covered. You donât need to keep hammering it in. Instead, focus on inducing the emotions you would feel if you were in your DR.
Imagine waking up in your DR. Imagine being there. Imagine spending time with your DR friends, your S/O, whatever makes you happiest. Personally, I lean toward wake-up scenarios. You can listen to music, meditate, visualize, even do a shifting method if you enjoy itâbut instead of doing it with the intention to shift, youâre doing it just to give your body and mind the feeling of being there. The happiness, the calm, the excitement, whatever it is for you.
This does not mean youâre lying there thinking, âOkay, this is going to make me shift.â
No. No, no, no, no, no.
Drop the idea of shifting entirely. That process is done.
And Iâll say it one more time:
If you were going to shift by inducing a shift, making yourself shift, or triggering a shift, it would have happened already.
So let it go. Drop it.
Induce the emotions of being in your DR, and then let go. Once you do that, go to sleep. Or go about your day. Thatâs it.
So why does this actually make you shift?
Because feeling is the language of the subconscious.
Think about it: The moments in your life that shaped you the most werenât just things you thought. They were things you felt deeply. Joy, fear, excitement, grief. Emotions imprint on the subconscious. Thatâs why certain smells, songs, or places instantly bring back vivid memories. Because your subconscious records experiences based on emotions, not logic.
So when you stop trying to shift and instead just focus on feeling like youâre in your DR, your subconscious responds by aligning your awareness to match that emotional state.
Because to the subconscious, thereâs no difference between imagination and reality. When you visualize something vividly enough, your brain fires the same neurons as if you were actually experiencing it. Athletes use this trick to enhance performance. Musicians use it to refine their skills. And guess what? It works for shifting too.
When you let go of the effort and just immerse yourself in the emotions of already being there, you bypass the resistance that trying creates.
And thatâs when the shift happens.
It happens because you stopped forcing it.
It happens because your subconscious already knows how to shift, you just needed to get out of its way.
So, again, drop the struggle. Drop the effort. Stop trying to shift.
The more precise or perfect you want the shift to be, the more pressure you put on yourself. Your brain rebels against that because rigid control drains energy.
Remember this:
High Emotion + Low Attachment = Flow.
When you feel something strongly but arenât clinging to the result, your subconscious has room to act. This is why sometimes, when you care less or focus on something in a passing, emotional way, it manifests easily.
This is why people can give up on shifting entirely and shift. This is why people let go of the need to shift and shift. This is why you shift without meaning to.
You: âNo, I canât do this! I need to keep trying to shift or else my subconscious will think I donât want to shift anymore!â
Me:
*As always, take what resonates, discard what doesnât, because weâre all different people who need to hear different things :)

How can u go to a marvel/fiction dr this dosent make sense
Reality shifting:
⨠The breakdown â¨
Although it became popular on TikTok in 2020 thanks to Dracotok and the Great Harry Potter resurgence, reality shifting is an ancient spiritual practice.
Through thousands of years, people of different cultures, beliefs, religions, and backgrounds practiced reality shifting in different forms and for different reasons.
The practice gained traction in recent years however due to the new found popularity of the multiverse theory.
What is the multiverse theory?
It is a concept that came to life through some areas of physics and philosophy and it suggests that our universe with all of its planets, all of its stars, all of its black and white holes, all of its creatures and laws and movement, may in fact not be the only universe in existence. It brings up the possibility of other universes existing parallel to ours, vibrating at a slightly different frequency that we are not able to see it currently.
See: inflation theory, the "many worlds" interpretation in quantum mechanics, the string theory...
But how do we prove that this is all real?
Well, the only way to prove that shifting is real is to try it. And thankfully there are hundreds if not thousands of shifters who are thoroughly documenting their journeys online and talking about their experiences in great detail.
And how does that mean you can shift to fictional worlds like marvel universe for example?
Well, if we take into consideration that there are infinite realities, and within those infinite realities there are infinite possibilities, and those infinite possibilities mean that no two realities are exactly the same, it would stand to reason to believe that one reality's "fictional worlds" are another reality's real worlds.
What is simply a movie or a book or a TV show in this reality, is another world's actual people, creatures, and events. If magic doesn't exist in this reality, it can very well exist in another reality. If vampires aren't real in this reality, they can very well be real in another reality. If you are merely a human in this reality, you shift your awareness to another reality in which you are a werewolf, an angel, a demon, a wizard, a cat, a butterfly, a horse, a rock, a cloud in the sky...
How do you do that?
You become aware of the fact that you are simply pure consciousness. You are not your body, you are not your mind, you are not your thoughts, you are not your feelings, you are not your circumstances, and this reality is not the only one in existence. It is simply the only one you are currently aware of. You expand your awareness, you tune into other realities like you're tuning into a radio frequency, and suddenly you are in another world with other people experiencing another life in a different body with different thoughts and different emotions.
Lastly, I would like you to consider this:
we are on a floating rock that is millions of years old, in an infinite universe that is somehow expanding into more infiniteness, with more galaxies than we can even begin to count. There are more stars in the sky than there are numbers, there are more galaxies than there are humans, and we keep discovering more and more and more as time goes by. Is it truly that hard to believe that this reality may not be the only one?
stop waiting for the perfect idea. thereâs no such thing. writing is about taking whatever weird, chaotic thought lives rent-free in your head and turning it into something meaningful. it doesnât have to be profound. it doesnât have to be groundbreaking. it just has to matter to you.
Every single survivor is different to each other. Everyone responds to trauma in their own way.
Some will just flinch when you touch them, and some will scream at you to get your hands off them.
Some respond to attacks by going quiet and not fighting back, and some will become quickly defensive and argue back straight away at the slightest hint of an attack (real or not).
Some will never speak of their trauma and hide it forever, some will bring it up casually in conversation.
Some will cry when they talk about it, some will be emotionless and flat.
And we need to support them all. Trauma isnât pretty. It doesnât always make us âsoftâ, sometimes it makes us rough, hard, and angry. But weâre still traumatised. We still need support.
i sit down to write and suddenly i am the most distracted human alive. the chair is uncomfortable. my coffee is too hot. my playlist isn't quite the vibe. i need to research what victorian houses smelled like in 1872 for exactly 45 minutes even though my story takes place in space. and yet the moment i'm trying to fall asleep? every single sentence i've ever needed just lines up perfectly in my brain like some kind of creative parade i'll never get back.
youâre not procrastinating. youâre 'letting the characters marinate.'
