Perfurações em mamilos invertidos podem ser feitos sem qualquer complicação. Como em qualquer outro piercing, um bom profissional, encontrará a posição/ profundidade e joia mais adequada para a pessoa.

Quanto ao local ser duro ou mole, isso não interfere no trabalho, perfurar é um trabalho de pressão, a mesma pressão com uma agulha adequada será aplicada para qualquer local. Como eu disse, isso só depende de um bom profissional. Saiba selecionar e terá um bom piercing. Selecione aquele ''amigo'' que fura ou aquele furador do bairro e terá uma bela e longa dor de cabeça.

Não. A não ser que esteja causando algum problema, não necessidade. Mas, mais cedo ou mais tarde, o piercing do frenulum costuma ajudar agravar problemas na gengiva.
