I tend to think that every not perfect day is a failure, but it is not. I am makkng progress I just need to be kind to myself but still headsrong. I knkw wnat I want and I will nlt be the woman who fails every time. So gluten free? No. SugT free? No. Processed food free? No, intermittent fasting? No. Workout? Yes
