The best thing about Paramore is that literally anybody can listen to them and will most likely find something they like. You like pop? Still Into You! You like synth-y indie music? Take the whole After Laughter album! You like early 2000's pop punk? Take the Riot! Album. You like heartbreakingly emotional and raw musical masterpieces? Why, Brand New Eyes is for you! I have so much respect for Paramore, and Hayley Williams is an absolute legend

Your struggles are often deemed invalid by the media because of oldest siblings constantly talking about how they have it worst, when younger ones may be going through the same. Your feelings and struggles are just as important as your older siblings’ and I want you to know that. Your older siblings “having it harder” doesn’t justify them hitting and yelling at you. You aren’t a tool for them to “cope”. You are amazing.

So we need to talk about Paramore’s role in emo music

When people talk about emo music, they usually bring up the emo quartet, that some of you might know, consists of My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco and Twenty One Pilots. However, Paramore has been around longer than Twenty One Pilots by about five years. I personally think that Paramore deserves a role in the emo quartet more than Twenty One Pilots does. Be aware that I do like Twenty One Pilots, their music is amazing. However, Paramore does deserve some recognition as a female-fronted emo band and maybe we, as a fandom, could just make an emo quintet that includes Paramore. Problem solved.
