“N-no you’re f-fine.” he nodded, smiling reassuringly at the male. “I’m B-Bo nice to m-meet you.”
"Nice to meet you too," he smiled. "I'm Caden."
“Caden. Nice and simple. I like that,” she responded, giving a small smile.
"Uh, thank you," he said. "I like yours too. It's unusual."
“My thoughts exactly. I’m Rayne. Like the shit that falls out of the sky.. And you are?”
Caden let out out a small chuckle at that. "I'm Caden."
Bo really didn’t know anyone was watching him, so he was kind of shocked “..— T-thank y-you.” he smiled shyly at the boy.
"Sorry if I scared you." He smiled apologetically at the other boy. "I was just walking past and yeah..." he trailed off, getting insecure about his decision to say anything all. Damn anxiety.
“Same, to be honest. I think sometimes you just have to accept that you don’t know. And everybody suggests that I try new things, do research and all that shit. And I’m just like… dude I just wanna sit on my ass and eat Cheez-Its all day, is that too much to ask? Tell me, kind stranger. Is it?”
"No, I wouldn't say that it is. It sounds quite nice actually, to just take the day as it comes and stop worrying about the future."
“I’ve never been the type to go all in
But you were different it was evident
So if you give me you’re heart I’ll give you mine All of the time
Angel of Mine…
Bo was singing? This wasn’t an everyday thing…
"You're really good."

“I’ve just had an epiphany. I’m doing absolutely nothing with my life and I’m completely okay with it. And I know I shouldn’t be. But I just… am.”
"I wish I could have the same epiphany. I have no idea what to do with my life when school is finally over and it's freaking me out."
//I think I'm gonna reboot Caden completely... Yeah, I'm gonna do that.
// I'm back guys! Or tomorrow at least, I probably should be studying right now haha. But just wanted to let you know, and if I owe someone, just like this and I'll answer yeah (I've been gone so long that I can't even remember you know). Or if you wanna start something up, just message me :)
// Hi guys, found out today that my oldest cat has kidney failure and we’ll have to put him down on Monday. I’ve had him for almost 14 years, so it feels pretty rough. I may go in and answer one thread or so if I feel like it, but my main priority will be school and him right now so don’t hate me yeah.
The grin that played repetitively on Caleb’s face was a grin of friendship, companionship. The brunette sportsman wasn’t usually one for confidence, but silence was one of the main things that threw him off - not even mentioning awkward auras.
Letting out a small scoff of a snicker at the boys wording, the fellow bobbed his head up and down to gesture his consideration and listening towards this.. Caden. “It’s a pleasure, Caden.. and I’m sure the rain will stop soon..” he alleged, optics coursing out to the pelting rain that didn’t seem to rid in any power whatsoever. So as his glance curled back to the other, he bit on his lower flesh with a joking hiss. “Maybe not.. but..” he began again, lifting his hands from flat against the table to portray his silent shrug. “It’ll be sure to ease” he granted positively, even though that truly wasn’t his mind state.
Glancing at the soaking wet boy, the near 18 year old forced himself to shut off those riddling and toiling emotions that sent him into an anxiety craze - what the hell was going on? It was a simple conversation.. it’s not like this Caden would judge him for sitting down with his study. As he packed away his study material, he peered over the coffee in his hand and pressed his lips together. “is that Decafe?” he wondered politely, the scent of the drink filling his nostrils.
A small laugh left Caden at the other boy's words, nodding as he lifted the cup to his lips to take a sip of the hot beverage. "Well, it has to stop at some point at least," he smiled, putting the cup back down on the table, his fingers still wrapped tightly around the white porcelain.
He watched as the other boy started to put away his things, almost saying something as he didn't want Caleb to stop whatever he had been doing just because Caden had showed up. But he decided against it and let his gaze drift out through the window instead, watching the rain as it pattered hard against the window glass.
He turned his head back to Caleb at his question, spinning the cup slowly in his hand as he he nodded, glancing down at the almost-black liquid. "Yeah, that's what I ordered anyway," he said with a small shrug, looking up at the chestnut haired boy.
Caleb sat contently at his place by the window - study materials in hand for his upcoming exam which was far from pleasing. The resentment he felt from his work was unbelievable; the way he was beginning to fail causing an arousal of deeper depression spurring inside of him. Licking the tips of his pointers, he rubbed them against the top corner of his page to flick it over - the new content being shown.
Sighing a little as the fellow draped his fingertips around the handles of his coffee mug, he gingerly sipped on the hot beverage before setting it back down contently. Mildly running his fingers through his finger to straighten it out, it was only then he pounced out of his alternate reality and realized someone was speaking to him.
“No.. no, go for it. Please sit.” gestured the 17 year old, portraying a genuine beam towards the appearing-soaked male. That apologetic smile upon his face threw Caleb off a bit - what did he have to be sorry for? Clearing his throat a little as he heaved his stuff from the other side of the table, he sat his belongings beside him on the chair and sighed a little, in an unnoticeable manner - of course.
Glancing upon the other male, the chestnut male bit on the contents of his fragile cheek, as to pondering over what to say. Should he even start a conversation? He knew it was the right thing to do.. and well, it was the way he was brought up. “.. I’m Caleb, by the way.. just so it’s not awkward.” chuckled the boy, keeping the mood light and friendly right from the beginning. “..I um.. am guessing you had run through the rain to get here?”
Caden smiled gratefully, a small "thanks" slipping out of him as he put the coffee down on the table. He shrugged of his completely soaked-through jacket, hanging it on the back on the chair before pulling it out and sitting down.
He pulled his cellphone out of his pocket and put it on the table, hoping that it hadn't taken any harm from the rain as he pushed the lock button, relieved when it came to life and seemed to work properly. He looked up at the boys word, glad that he had initiated a conversation, because knowing himself he would probably sit there and thinking about saying something, and when finally deciding that he was gonna say something he wouldn't know what to say and ending up saying nothing at all. And god knows how long they would be stuck in there, with the rain increasing with every minute that went by.
"I'm Caden," he smiled as he put his hand around his coffee, trying to warm his hands a little, feeling the wet fabric of his black t-shirt cling to his back with the movement. "Yeah... I thought I would be able to get home, but the rain just got worse, so I thought it would be best to get inside somewhere."
Caden stepped inside the overfull café, wiping his wet fringe out of his eyes as he looked down at his clothes. They were soaked through completely, and he could feel the wet fabric slide against is his skin as he walked up to counter. If he was going to stay here and wait for the rain to stop, he could at least treat himself to a cup of coffee.
When he had placed his order and waited for them to get his coffee ready, he finally risked to look around and see if there was an empty table somewhere, knowing that there probably wouldn't be. The place was usually jammed, but it was even worse now when people had gotten inside to avoid the rain, just like himself.
He took his cup of coffee gratefully, paying the girl behind the counter and slowly started to zigzag his way through the tables, working his way longer into the café. When he was about to give up he finally spotted a boy that looked around his own age, sitting alone at a table with a vacant chair opposite him.
Caden wouldn't call himself a people person, more like a people avoider, but he really didn't feel like standing up when there actually an empty chair just there, so he walked up to the table, glad that he had the cup in his hand so he had something to hold on to. "Uhm, hi, do you mind if I sit? It's full everywhere else," he trailed off, an apologetic smile on his face.

The twins followed close after Caden as the walked out o the train station and out on the sidewalk, into the dull weather. “Brought any loose money for a taxi?” Hector asked, looking at his brothers and folded the hood of his seated over his head to protect himself from the slight drizzle. “No,” Antony replied, “Thought we’d walk.”
"It's not that far, Hector, you'll survive," Caden said as he pulled up the hood on his own jacket, trying to stay as dry as he possibly could in the wet weather. "Just, let's go before the rain gets even worse," he said as he turned on his right to start walking down the sidewalk, not wanting to spend more time than necessary outside in this weather.

Michelle smiled widely at the young boy. She took another sip from her coffee before she noticed he hadn’t got anything to drink himself. “Would you like to drink anything?” she asked as she pointed at his invisible cup of coffee. “My treat”, she added with a smile.
"Uhm, you don't have too..," he mumbled, not wanting to be rude when she offered so nicely. "Just a coffee would be nice, thank you," he said as he brushed his fringe out of his eyes.

“Is that flower shop close to home still there?” Hector asked once they’d waked inside the trainstation, getting into a just slightly calmer location. “I don’t know,” Antony said with as shrug, taking the suitcase from Hector. “It’s been there a long time if it is,” he continued. “We could give it a try.”
"If it isn't, there's probably another one close enough," Caden said as he started walking towards the nearest exit that was in the right direction, hiking the duffel bag higher on his shoulder as he turned his head to watch that his brothers were following.
