I finally got some free time, so I decided to do very quick sketches for some stuff from my headcanons, because my PvZ phase just refuses to end and I can’t stop myself from thinking too much.
Immorticia and Prof. Brainstorm having a magic vs science debate every time they end up in the same room. (Think two smartest students in the class arguing on lesson about some smart stuff nobody but them understands)
Immorticia considers science to be an extremely backward means of achieving something, as opposed to magic (which angers Professor. Science is everything). Professor Brainstorm, on the other hand, sees magic as nothing more than a charlatan, a simple manipulation of basic physics, or at the very least, a backward branch of scientific thought that can always be understood and explained within the framework of science (which angers the Witch. Magic is magic, and it cannot be simply explained by some silly, limited science). So, they simply tolerate each other.
Like, seriously, they just can’t.
And you never would hear them yelling or screaming or anything (it would look like just normal debate or conversation for an outsider perspective), but damn, they confrontation had gotten to the point were they started to purposefully sabotage each other researches just out of spite.
(It usually end with explosion)
Nobody knows who started it first, but now it’s everyone problem. (This two just too proud to stop)
