Alright here we go! I know that Blackout said that Damara was still a servant of LE in this AU, and since I imagine that she couldn't be too much older than the twins, I kind of thought that it would only be natural the the twins and Damara got to see a lot of each other. Also I had other ideas about her 'language barrier' that she often put up was more of a self-defense kind of thing, but she could really speak English perfectly.

All that sounds great! As far as Calli knowing Damara as children, I could see that, but Calliope probably wouldn't have been able to play with her as much below the age of 9.
See, I always figured that even though Caliborn and Calliope were born with defects together, Calliope's health was weaker of the two at first. So even as a child, she rarely left her bed and could not run about and play like the others.
Her perception of life is that she adores it, and all the 'characters' in it- but that she herself does not belong (or rather she just needs some good friend's to convince her she is important enough to)
Seeing life only through stories or tv screens she watched in bed and rarely being able to get up and live it herself would partly explain this development.
Caliborn would likely have grown irritated and dissapointed at her jumps between being healthy and suddenly not again, so from the eyes of a child I imagine he would probably start thinking along the lines of: 'why can't she just die already so I can have her lungs and stop being held back?'
Which would also serve to further drive the twins apart emotionally (and make the balance between the differing English alliances also very uneasy. Caliborn likely had a confusing upbringing from this because for brief periods of time they would be sure he was the last heir and then suddenly deny him again).
I have to clear this with Check (you can show her if you like, I believe you two know eachother??) but that was always my take on their childhood
(I also have headcanon for the FELT but I need some canon confirmation before I can say any of that ^__~ )
As Calliope got older however, and her health improved I could see her spending time with Damara :3
I imagine even with Damara's sometimes sulky demeanor that Calliope would not be too put off by her, if not be intrigued. To her, the agent must live a very interesting life, expecially if she was not yet healthy enough to go on the mission's she had.
And yes I imagine Damara does know the rules of the game (but probably neither of their true names?? I'm not sure on that one)
I figured nearly all of the English household know about the 'game' because they are strictly not allowed to influence it in any way. The LE organization are split because some people want Calliope to be the heir and the others want Caliborn ect. The 'game' is partially a means to protect the two as LE agents will often try to assassinate the twin they don't like. When that happens LE has to take those rogue agents out (perhaps Damara has helped with that~?)
And I agree with the language :3 I could see Damara speaking English perfectly as well, perhaps in her line of work it was also beneficial to be bilingual?
