the mun has seen all seasons (s1-s13 except s10 & s14 -- i have seen them largely through gifs though) but hasn’t rewatched in ages , consider me basically canon , with a large dash of canon divergence as i won’t remember everything perfectly .

STATS.
he is approximately in his forties visually / physically , though his grace is ageless / immortal . castiel as an angel is genderless but takes on male pronouns due to his vessel + that being the way he’s been referred to thus far . gender is a meaningless concept to castiel / he gives it little thought .
he is a surrogate father to claire novak and jack kline . his weapons at hand are the angel blade, smiting, knives, guns (human verses), sass and his tactician mind. his alignment is chaotic good . he a part of team free will .
the angels are not his brothers . the angels are not ‘siblings’ in a literal sense ‚ that is weird and strange and so odd ? they are simply “’'brothers”“ in christ.

regarding sex
castiel is disconnected to his vessel in certain ways . to him sex is nothing but an act between animals . the only reason he permits participation is , he enjoys the euphoria he feels through his vessel’s release (aka endorphins) it’s like a high , regardless of the sexual factor , or it’s in a verse where he’s human / or highly influenced by humanity and one w/ his vessel , like end!verse and he is interested in the act as a means of getting high , getting off or he is asserting dominance over someone . the last one is typically if another person wants that from him . so basically castiel feels like sex = high .
cas is a dominant top ! & he gets off on people uttering his name while they’re under him or doing fellatio on him because it feels like prayer & makes him feel heady + high on endorphins . it speaks directly to his grace ( & his ego lol )
regarding his true form
i. regarding castiel’s forms & my interpretation / headcanons about seraph!castiel in full.
interpretation based purely on biblical interpretation, some headcanon and bits of spn canon
001. his vessel
castiel’s vessel obviously takes the form of the human it is occupying. in most cases this will be jimmy novak. however, small things are to be noticed. his vessel’s grace is contained in five key parts of his vessel’s body.
the head
the (2) hands
the (2) feet
you might ask, why? but the reason is that his grace represents his true forms energy which consists in biblical lore of 3 sets of wings (2) sets hiding his face and feet, and (1) set spread outward. for my head canon purposes castiel’s grace / wings / energy are in those five spots. his halo, which holds the most important and vital parts of his grace (his holiness) can be found in his throat. if castiel was to show his wings in the physical plane they would be black from the smoke and soot his true form gives off and they would resemble raven wings.
the reason for this is that (in my head canon) castiel’s halo is a sphere which is connected at the base of his throat (even in vision form). this is why demons have ‘horns’. when their holiness is ripped away from them, it is done by god physically casting them out by their halos breaking the holy grace he had once given them. disclaimer / i think this makes their fall more personal in the beginning. the original fall would have been a physically violent and exhausting action by their father, as he literally tore their holy gifts from them with his own bare essence / wrath.
because their other parts of grace are houses in their wings (read that 3 sets of wings), it is understandable that fallen angels still have some abilities and powers to use. it is also understandable that their are higher and lower class demons. after falling and turning into devils and demons, it only makes sense that more powerful angels would retain more of their abilities / be stronger even without vital parts of their holiness.
if castiel wanted to kill a room of humans (note: he would never) then he could still use his real voice in order to kill those around him. his true voice is so unnatural and shattering that (like the episode with dean), it would cause glass to shatter, the earth to shake, and for humans to bleed out from their ears.
002. his vision form / answering prayers form
disclaimer: i take inspiration from biblical lore.
castiel’s vision form or dream form would be seen by those chosen as worthy, or when he needs to pass on holy messages, or speak to a persons subconscious psyche. he would appear similar to the biblical descriptions of a seraph. he would have 3 sets of wings, two sets completely covering his head and feet, so that only his forearms and brief glimpses of his body would be visible.
when his body is visible it appears as gilded gold with his body and wings covered in holy flames ranging from golden red at the base to blue white near the top of the flames. underneath the black wings covered in holy fire, there is what appears to be a glowing orb behind the top set that covers his ‘face’. this translates as castiels halo / grace .
castiel’s feet if shown, are not human in appearance. they are hooven and modeled after the lambs, although it rare that they are shown from behind the 3rd set of wings.
his hands are covered with three grace filled eyes, typically closed as it is scary to human charges. however, when castiel’s hands extend out, in the ‘T’ form along side his wings, the eyes open when speaking holy scripture or performing holy abilities.
if his head was to be seen from behind the wings, there would be nothingness. a vaguely filled out form of a ‘head / skull’ too blinding to actually make out, as his halo would be there, rather than physical features.
003. his true form / form to be seen by those holy enough to see it / demons, etc.
castiel’s true form is violent, unforgiving, and holy. his presence is meant to do nothing but worship the lord, saying “holy, holy, holy”. this continues the theme of 3′s (eyes on his hands, sets of wings) and also shows how close he is to god.
seraphs are the closest to gods presence, as are the archangels. this is one reason that their grace can burn out the eyes of humans who are not worthy of their holiness.
before castiel’s resurrection from cherubim to seraph, he would have been less violent, which his body taking more of his vision forms manifestations. his true form as a cherubim would have been a more sphinx like form, taking inspiration from lions with front facing human heads and back facing lion faces and hooven feet, gifted with wings, the size of the Chrysler building.
if one can see castiel’s true seraph form they would see a burning set of wings, covered in eyes, with a pure, brilliant blinding light emanating from his ‘core’ with long, lengths of smooth coiling molten gold for his torso. castiel would be most familiar to the human eye as a huge, snake or dragon without legs with six wings, full of eyes and on fire. disembodied from his ‘body’ would be a pair of what would be best described as hands, covered in eyes, floating on either side of him. used to carry celestial fire and swords similar to that of the all-seeing always burning sword of eden.
in this form his voice would not only cause glass to shatter but for doorposts and thresholds to shake and for temples to fill with smoke from their holy fire.
