♔ gentle whispers

          A heavy sigh passes Yoongi's lips, a grunt following soon after as he forces himself up and off of his far too comfortable bed. It had been a good twenty minutes since he said he'd start getting dressed, and if he waited any longer, there was no chance he'd be leaving his beloved bed today. But he had to, today was going to be important and the longer he put it off, the harder it was going to be to just get it over with.

          After what feels like an hour (it was literally an hour) Yoongi had finally managed to get dressed, and he considers that a bit of an accomplishment. He feels slow today, and he is, because despite enjoying spending time with his friends, he doesn't exactly like how much effort he has to put into getting up and getting ready, but for once it might be worth it.

          Eventually, he’s on his usual route to Jongin’s room, but no matter how fast he walks, short legs make his trip last a lot longer than he wants. But finally, finally he’s made it and he’s knocking on Jongin’s dorm door, grumbling under his breath as he tries to wait patiently.

          “C’mon Jongin, I get ready for you, and you’re just gonna make me wait out here?” Of course, it’s not like Jongin had ever asked him to come over in the first place, it was all his own doing. He huffs, grumbling once more as he continues to wait.
