This is the first part of a prompt fill for an anon, whose request was as follows:

Hey there! I was wondering if you could write something with omegaverse 00Q where Q's in heat and has been having sex with random guys but he can't get his itchy feeling off. Bond notices Q is acting weird and offers himself for the task but Q refuses him because he's in love with Bond and he doesn't want Bond to use him for one night and forget about him later. Extra points if Bond wants Q to be his mate. Super extra points for knotting :D

The story sort of ran away with me and became much, much longer than I anticipated - hence the long wait. I'm really sorry for taking so long! I'll do my best to get the other chapters up quickly. Thank you for your patience, and I hope you enjoy the story!
