I'm sure you've been asked this many times, but what programs do yo use for your art? I just stumbled upon your GIFs from your ArtFight, and I'm in love with the style and movement.

i draw the assets digitally with procreate, which one can substitute with their digital art program of choice!

the main part here is planning the layout separation

i use blender for any tweening looping animation, with the 2d assets used as the UV texture on planes (see example for the chimera piece:)

while everything can be done in blender, sometimes i am lazy with creating materials and just layer stuff in a video editor (i use vsdc free edition)
