headcanon: diet

Una does not eat meat. Monsters and animals inside the dungeon disappear quickly, as their physical form is sapped by the dungeon itself. Plants, however, are something she is far more accustomed to eating as they do not disappear after they are "killed".

Even after being pulled out of the dungeon, she prefers a more plant-based diet. Her body cannot process meat, having grown up without it. She has tried it on several occasions but will immediately get sick.

Una agreed. It was very strange. Usually people didn't hear when she spoke normally. Yet this one heard her.

Her hands tightened on her scythe. She was determined to send the voidsent back to the void but this one acted like a person. Somewhat like a person. As much of a person as she did, anyway.

Una does have an echo. It manifested at a very young age, and while it does not show her flashbacks, she is able to understand Voidsent. It's a telepathic connection, and her primary form of communication. When she is outside of the Deep Dungeon, she frequently forgets non-Voidsent don't communicate the same way.

She can still understand modern languages. Her silence is intentional, rather than from not knowing how to speak.

Typically people only said that after they caught her fighting off voidsent. They usually saw her covered in dirt and blood, scythe dripping with ichor.

However, this man only witnessed her fall into the shallow depths of Gridania's bogs. She dragged herself up and out and was in the middle of wringing out her hair.

Her fingers carded through her wet hair and her eyes narrowed as the water splashed onto her lap.

headcanon: nameday

Una does not know her actual nameday. Time does not exist within the Palace of the Dead, so it was never something that could be celebrated.

To fit in better, she adopted a nameday for herself. It was the day she was pulled out of the deep dungeon.
