After a lot of painstaking thought and planning, we kind of decided that I should take Jack? He is just so tightly connected to Aaron and Chris and Aaron/Carson that basically anything he does for the first good chunk of time he’s here would be threeway paras, and I’ve plotted out so much about him in my head that it would actually be unfair to give him to someone else and expect them to do every single thing I wanted done with him.

um to be honest I would totally ship Jack/Luke LIKE WHOA but yeah. I kind of want Jack to have the opportunity to clean his shit up because he's kind of horribly tragic in my head? I don't think he'll ever go back to being who he was when Aaron first met him, but I think he could eventually ~stabilize~. He'd just need one person who both cares about him and won't put up with his bullshit.
I was actually thinking about this yesterday and wondering if Jack and Luke would've wound up in some of the same circles in Dublin at some point? I think Jack was dealing for a while before he actually ended up getting addicted, so it's possible they would've met in some capacity? IDK. But yes, Jack/Luke interaction, please! I think it could either be horribly destructive for both of them or actually help both of them out, tbh.

When Chris asks, Aaron says their father isn't an alcoholic. Chris is fourteen and failing two classes, and he still knows enough to realize that Aaron's full of shit. Chris clears empty bottles of Scotch out of his father's office every time he does chores. He can smell the stuff beneath his father's cologne and on his breath. It's a rhetorical question, and Aaron still answers it wrong.
idk if I ever actually mentioned this in paras, but I'm ~retconning the fact that Aaron and Chris were both born in Sawyer erk. ~Officially, they moved from New York when Chris was four and Aaron was seven.
wow so I did absolutely nothing today and I'm sorry about that. I have been so tired that I'm having a hard time focusing long enough to get anything done. Not to mention I've been in a lot of pain because of my back. :/
I don't work until 4 tomorrow, so I'm going to try to knock out all of those paras before I have to go in.

I'm really sorry about how slow I've been lately, guys. I've been pretty busy with work, and it's been exhausting to do much when I am finally off. But I WILL pick up the pace soon, I promise!
