Calico Dan

Danni is a calico cat, leash trained and goes on hikes sometimes. Also my other cats : Mallorie, Dean and Dave. I also do a lot of Cat Spotting, so there's plenty of feral cat photograpghy here.

Libby really wanted to run around in the snow but she is impossible to harness up without a fight or me losing a finger 🤣 so I let her experience it by me pretending to be a helicopter over her so there's only this one photo.

The first picture is Mallorie's first snow in 2018 and second is yesterday's 2024 snow. She wasn't impressed this time around.

This week was scary because Dave fell so I'll, we thought he had a blockage. Multiple vet visits, and xray and blood work didn't show anything of the sort. Only that his white blood cell count was a little up. Luckily he's starting to feel better, regain his strength, and is eating again. We now think he's ingested something toxic or something. We have no idea what it could have been. But thank God he's on the mend.

Hey it's a super cute cat photo and I know the phrase is meant to be harmless in this context with the fish sticks, but unfortunately the "Reject modernity, embrace tradition" meme is a nazi dogwhistle so might be better to avoid that particular phrasing. Thanks!
