Queen Augen of the mudwings and mother of Puddleshine. Blames herself for her daughter's prophecy trauma.

Prince Charming, adult son of Queen Darling, and Betta's bio father.

Ecru. one of the many artisans in the oasis marketplace. A little lesbian. A lot lesbian. She’s actually average size.

Orchard lives a pleasant life of solitude in her little cottage tree house in a small forest at the edge of the sea. She's known as the sea witch by the locals of Pantala (and some seawings) and knows many holistic remedies. Some have started coming to her for therapeutic sessions, some wandering in to put written wishes in her tree's branches in hopes that they come true. She always removes those.

Princess Dugong, Betta's younger half sister, and full seawing. Daughter of Queen Bullshark and King Delta. Their mother is trying to make Dugong the next in line for the throne, despite her being the younger sister, and trying to treat her older sister like an illegitimate heir, despite his popularity. Sometimes she falls into her mother's bad habits and attitude towards Betta, but she also agrees on Betta's policies.

A friend's cat has seen the peoples use a straw. He knows the straw does SOMETHING. He watches you drink with a straw like he's deciphering an ancient text.

Then you leave your glass unattended for 3 seconds and come back to a cat deepthroating your straw.

It doesn't work, but darn he tries.

Been reading the graphic novels of Wings of Fire. I really like this series but it's seriously lacking in the exploration of culture. But I would've liked it as a kid. It's pretty political. These were all adopted designs and you can find their original creators on my Toyhouse

Puddleshine - A young but experienced airship captain. She accidentally inherited her current airship by being nice to an old dragon, who after he died left his airship to her. She is trying to keep it a secret that she has the power of prophecy, thanks to her bloodline. It has not been helpful, and has actually given her severe stress.

Rooster - Is actually a housekeeper at the royal palace. But housekeepers are the absolute best spies. She has done quite a bit to feed information to rival tribes, for a pretty hefty price. She IS putting herself at risk after all. That is, if anyone suspected her. (Featherwings belong to @ukariarti )

Betta - You can tell he's a butch lesbian because he super duper cares about how he looks. Not to mention he is the eldest child of the queen and therefore the heir to the throne and makes sure everyone knows it. Especially because he's the only heir that is half rainwing, but he likes to think that makes him more attractive in the end. He often helps others, but he also wants to get rewarded from them.

Flamestar - A soldier for the queen, but she is cursed with the burden of mind-reading. It is pretty handy when it comes to finding out assassination plots. And has unintentionally made her the queen's favorite new bodyguard.

Minty - A low ranking icewing who challenged the queen to the throne and won. She was nobody, completely unexpected, and somehow managed to kill a full grown dragon who was known for her fighting skills. But the best way to beat conventional fighters is with unconventional fighting skills. Now there's some serious changes gonna happen around the Ice Kingdom.

Ammonite - A mediator for the seawings and the mudwings. One of their wings was ripped off and they were severely injured in a fight, and it was the least anyone could do for them since everyone was so awful to them. They're one of the only existing dragons who can enter both kingdoms without issue. And they're slowly but surely making sure peace happens.
