To Rapture! 1959. May it be our finest year.
THE YEAR is 1958. It’s just a few weeks from the eve of a new year. So far, this year has been a good one for the underwater city, Rapture. More like for the upper class. The working class isn’t so happy with the way that they’re treated; there is a large amount of inequality between the rich and the poor.
THERE IS a man who resides in Rapture by the alias of Atlas. He is the one who has caused the uproar about unfair treatment towards the working class, and Andrew Ryan, the founder of Rapture, was not happy about this. There’s been small riots, posters, radio interruptions, and numerous amounts of other things all caused by Atlas. No one knew who he really was, but everyone just assumed that he fell under the poor category.
SECRETS AND scandals litter this city of joy, and you’re either with the cause, or against it. Many people question whether they can get out or will get what they came for, to be known, to be somebody.
