here's some tips and stuff!!!

i kept everything under 20!!! hope its good enough!

some tips i can give to self care/feel better are:

- dressing up how you like and also are comfy is a good way to feel better!!

- eating what you like while also trying to keep a balanced diet! Never feel guilty for eating!! but if you are able to eat fruit and veggies!!!

- socializing is important! make sure to hang out with friends and do things that you like!! Having alone time is also good esp if you feel overwhelmed!!

yo whats up before i get too far into this im assuming selfcareboards like selfcare kits if they arent feel free to chuck me out the window or whatever

if they are could i get a selfcareboard for a dave who is very broke but wants to do a little more than the bare minimum about self care maybe with apple or cinnamon scents if thats not too many things in one ask

i dont know i rarely ever send in requests and im mostly just doing this because you seem cool lmao
