I am extremely sad knowing that Adam Driver, our Kylo Ren, has self esteem issues that cause him to suffer from anxiety, and that he almost quit acting because he was afraid that people would mock him because of how he looks

But I’m also proud that he was able to share that with us, bescause I suffer from anxiety and insecurities, as many other people do, and to know that an actor, someone in such an important movie, feels insecure and anxious, is very important. Thank you for sharing your story, Adam.

I want Adam to know we support, respect and love him, regardless of opinions about his character.

Man I loved this blog, I used to enjoy it so much, and I'm kind of nostalgic about it, like I was still in high school and life was so different. I could do this graphics, that now (that I'm studyimg about it in uni) I find so ugly, but like I'd be so proud about them. I didn't even know what Illustrator was, but I'd still try with photoshop, even tho it crashed all the time, I just enjoyed it too much to not do it. I'd check the notes all the time, I kind of needed that recpgnition. And when I think about that last one I... idk I feel like now I'm in my place, I love being in this career, I love Design so much. I love that everyone does what they want, and what moves them, if you want to illustrate you do it, if your thing is lettering then you practice daily, if it is woodworking you get the space to do that, and there's this like support group, we just appreciate each other's work, not being like scared or embarrassed to use and show our talents. And I'm just so amazed about all these people, there is so much potential. And I kind of feel appreciated, I'm not hiding what I love anymore, so even tho I loved this, it's like I don't need it anymore. And yeah... I'm just a little nostalgic, but at the same time I couldn't love the place that I am right now even a little more than I do right now. I'm happy.

Literature student, who goes by the name of Kylo Ren. Loves sketching people on local coffees while drinking his usual espresso. Loves black clothes, old paper and My Chemical Romance. Passionately idolizes his dead grandfather. Learning how to take nice portraits on polaroid cameras… Of course he’s just practicing on that ginger guy, that’s all. “Can you take a photo of me while I act casual?”. Pretty much that hipster guy who sits alone on the grass at lunch, while reading books and having a couple existencial crisis, but also a dork. Dealing with a difficulty of controlling his anger.
