looking back on all of the creative works i made before i had a full time job is so depressing!!! i am so tired of wishing i could work on my crafts to the degree i used to, i just want to be able to be back in that space but i can't seem to find a way back

each month i have been taking a monday off of work last minute due to work related anxiety and while i am so glad that my job is so flexible that i can do that without any repercussions i really need to not have this work-life dynamic continue any longer

i've had a cloud of anxiety hovering over me all day but within it i still:

-texted my mom about the father's day gift my brother and i are going to get him

-folded and put away all of our laundry

-laughed with my husband and finished a game we were playing together

-cooked dinner and chatted at the table together

-aaaand am currently in the middle of my upper body push workout day
