How to manifest anything

Just think as you have it that’s it, it’s that easy. Don’t get into the trap where people say it’s harder than this, that’s limiting beliefs. And yess you can manifest anything being the richest person in the world tomorow. Looking like your favourite celebrity in 10 minutes. Having your dream body and 10 houses in a second. Legit anything you can imagine. Is real. You can get anything instantly. Just assume you can get anything instantly. Love yourself and all doors will open for you, nothing is impossible

can we please stop telling people that the reason they’re not shifting is because they don’t want it enough? that argument needs to go. you have no idea the amount of weight someone carries, what they’ve gone through or the kind of life they wake up to every day

it’s genuinely so disappointing reading stuff regarding our “lack of desire” when the main reason we haven’t given up yet is because we want to shift! like, don’t go and turn someone struggling to shift into some kind of proof that they don’t want it enough

also. it doesn’t matter if you actually enjoy your life here. like, i wouldn’t say my life is perfect, but it’s not bad either. but that doesn’t change a thing. because no matter what your life looks like, the fact that you’re still here after years of trying says more about your desire than your lack of it. it’s enough proof that you do want to shift. not because we have to prove anything to anyone

like, i do understand what people mean in theory by saying it. because if you go to a restaurant and order a dish of pasta, you wouldn’t settle for a pizza the server brought out to you because that’s just not what you ordered. but being here doesn’t mean we’re choosing this reality over our other realities. it doesn’t mean we’re settling for less. it just means that we haven’t given up on what we actually want

last night I attempted to shift to my dr, everything was doing well, at one point I could even hear my dr (scripted the sound of the rain to wake me up). but when i realized this, instead of being excited i started stressing about it🥲 my mind was going absolutely crazy. and i do think it was a natural response of the situation but at the same time it’s disturbing, right now i feel like it kinda pushed me away from my goal. does anyone has any tips for this kind of issue ?
