how do you know “today’s not the day?” where’s the proof that it isn’t? you can’t even give me proof you won’t appear in your ir in two seconds because all the work you put in paid off and things changed to match what you’ve persisted in
what? because you didn’t four seconds ago? that was four seconds ago! every zeptosecond of our lives is a clean slate
not to compare it to smth out of our control, but seconds before someone wins the lottery, are they a millionaire? no. but literal seconds later? when they’ve got the ticket with the right numbers? yes! the fact that they weren’t seconds ago doesn’t matter!
they now are!!
bringing me back to my point. i’m not even suggesting you do a whole shabang. plenty of people do nothing and shift right? but have you been doing that?
do you want to do more? to take charge fully? possibly. it’s up to you. all i’m suggesting is that you at least do a little smth

and before you ask let me clock that—yes you can shift with one aff it’s called trust.
if you don’t trust assume it’ll work even if you don’t trust.
if you don’t trust that assumption assume you don’t have to trust the assumption it’ll work anyway.
sm ppl might not like this but all roads slowly lead back to trust and law of assumption..
shifting is not a race. shifting is not something you have to earn. it is a constant that happens in existence of everything, including outside of life, and you can control this.
this is something we already know and do basically but i’m gonna explain in terms specific to this way and not in general, basically, read ahead loves ⬇️🌷
so it’s really simple and nothing to overcomplicate. like i said you already know this. for this all you have to do is imagine you’re already there. but when i say that i mean that as in all your 5 sense etc. which most of us already do. but i say this bc when you pretend play (with dolls, action figures, cars, etc) you aren’t constantly going “i’m pretending to be a scientist!” you just go “i’m a scientist!” and because you have the coat, the goggles, the tubes, no one or nothing can tell you you’re not.
if someone goes “you’re not a scientist/you're not an actual scientist!” you’ll go “yes i am!” “i have a lab coat!” “im doing an experiment!” “i’m really smart!” you’ll look at your evidence and even if you don’t have those things you’ll still be firm in the fact that you are one as long as you want to be. sooo! apply that to shifting! no one can tell or convince you that you haven’t shifted regardless of whether you feel, hear, taste it or not.
so pretend🌷
because if you pretend to be a human and you are, that doesn’t make you not human. whether you pretend to be or not you already are, is the point.
maybe you should. i know you were already thinking it. “should i shift?” “what if i don’t” “i have to _____ anyway” and then you proceed to do just that. not do it. it is 100% true that you can shift without trying. without intending. and we do. ask yourself though, is that how you wanna shift? or shift again? because there are people that shift that way. and they jolt themselves out of their dr, or “slip back”. now that isn’t to scare you or anything. that happening doesn’t mean anything went wrong, or that they’ll never shift again. and i’m not saying that’ll happen to you, or happen again.
im just asking. is that how you want to shift? unintentionally? there’s no shame in that whatsoever—it’s a genuine question. if you want to shift with intention, if that’s how you feel most comfortable—without the fear of “will i shift”—then why not do it. don’t let a random thought have your power.
push through that doubt every time. push through. everyone that has, has said that it is worth it tenfold. they will never tell you “yeah give up” “it’s not worth it” “it’s not even that good” no one’s ever said that. if you don’t like this reality, or if you want to explore another push through. if you doubt if you fear. if you’re uncertain if you’ll shift. if you know you will and “don’t anyway”. if you’ve tried so many times. if you’re getting tired of trying. take a break. and push through. not a permanent leave. a break. if you know what you want. if you know you’re entitled to better. if you know what you could see. what you could do, what you could experience. if you know you can shift. if you think you “never will”. push through. at this point that’s all i ask. through the tears, the frustration, the breakthroughs, the meltdowns, the negative, the positive—push through. always. always.
keep going. “why?” do you need a reason? if you don’t need a reason to give up why do you need a reason to keep going? “because it’s too hard i’m never gonna do it” do you wanna stay here?
do you wanna watch and KNOW every other shifter that continues to push through shift. and you just stay here. the same old. the mundane. or maybe a really happy life! but you’ll never meet them. you’ll never get to do that. you’ll never see this. and that doesn’t exist in this reality.
PUSH THROUGH.
if you don’t think you can shift. KNOW you can at least PUSH THROUGH, that doubt not to try.

i often tell people to experiment with methods and what they like, and i stand on that! i also agree with the thought that you don’t need one though, and i do always state this!!
what she said is so true and i agree with both views, not in the sense that you need a method. but that it can help and make it simpler for some people. either way is completely okay and valid!!
but that’s why i say to play around, have fun, and see what you like!! i’ve seen people complain about using the same few methods or “techniques” (basically) for x amount n got no results then finally try something new that doesn’t drain them and they shift! (we always have, you get what i’m saying thought)
follow up to the ask and more shifting advice. basically just what i’d tell myself like 6 years ago
first time i shifted, i was just thinking about my dr so much and had so much faith in it being real that i don’t think i left myself any room for any type of doubt. i told myself i was going to shift and that there was no way i wouldn’t, and then i did. nothing fancy. i know it’s not as simple for others, but i honestly think it’s because people over complicate it so much
every other time i shift, its me being like “i want to shift, so im going to shift now” closing my eyes, and going to sleep. sometimes i daydream about my dr, decide to shift, and shift. it’s completely up to the person.
best best advice i can give anyone is to STOP LISTENING TO OTHER PEOPLE
define your own journey and what shifting means to you. if you don’t like scripting, don’t do it. if you don’t like methods, don’t do them. if you love doing methods, do them. whatever makes you happy, do it. nothing will hinder you from shifting, not even doubt. there are plenty of shifters who didn’t believe in shifting, but still did it
do whatever you want to, and just trust that it will happen. you’re not going to not shift because your leg twitched when you were supposed to be still. nothing will prevent you from shifting. mindset could perhaps delay it, but never prevent it.
tell yourself you can and you will. you don’t have to set a date to do it and you don’t have to force it either. you will because you know you will and you know you have the ability to. one “fail” doesn’t mean it’ll never happen. i promise you, you will shift.
this is coming from someone who spent 6 years trying and “failing” to shift. as soon as i took off so much of that weight of trying to do everything “right” it all became so much easier. just do whatever you want and don’t let anyone else say you’re doing something wrong. don’t tell yourself you’re doing something wrong, because you’re not. you’re right just by believing in yourself

tl;dr: there is nothing that will stop you from shifting, so take that pressure off of you. you can’t ever do anything wrong when it comes to shifting, so stop telling yourself you are. faith in yourself is enough. YOU are enough

alright so let’s get the annoying answer you don’t wanna hear out of the way. the key to shifting is you, you’re just gonna have to throw the fit, complain and cry now because it’s the truth.
i mean, to be fair, who else did you want it to be, love? if your innate ability was left up to someone else it’d be even more stressful, imagine someone else having to breathe for you, they have the power to decide everything including the morbid.
so yeah, now that we’ve addressed why it isn’t such a bad thing that it’s you, let’s discuss why so not a bad thing, it’s a good thing.
well! free will of course! you get to choose every tiny detail about your shifting “journey” (because it’s instant) script and method wise, and everything in between.
including mindset, which a lot of people let themselves get in their own way by overthinking and hesitating and trying to copy other people’s key when only yours can open your door.
straight to the point:
stop trying to copy what everyone else is doing and make your own method/means of shifting.
by trying to copy someone else, yeah maybe you could shift. as them. but..your not them. so how could it possibly work for you? im not saying this is a guaranteed way, but a looot of people are begging for advice and help from people instead of actually focusing on themselves and experimenting for themselves.
they dodge actually going to shift and scroll tumblr for the answers. atp even if you found “the magic post” to “make you” shift, would you even know it? even apply it?
from now on we look within twin. got a question? ask yourself. don’t have the answer? go and experiment for YOURSELF! 🌸🎀
“how do i shift” the same way you relearn to ride a bike. bc all you’re doing is remembering. may be a bit more wobbly than you remembered, but keep going and before you know it you’ll be back to cruising casually. GO SHIFT FOR YOURSELF!
“why didn’t this work?” well experiment around and see if your key consists of a different formula, if what you tried was totally boring to you, you should be glad it didn’t work! imagine if whenever you wanted to shift you had to do a method that annoys the crap out of you.
let’s all be grateful our key is perfectly tailored to whats most comfortable for us!!
shift (pun intended) your focus to your own self and your focus/consciousness will shift to the reality you imagine. because shifting is us, within us and our imagination. if you’re too busy looking at everyone else’s dr how will you ever be in your own?
i heard smth lately that said “fully feel your emotions, even the ones you don’t like”. and yk what? that can sound scary at first. but when you think about it, where does the other half of your emotions go when you suppress them? to your subconscious. you still remember, but you don’t like to think about it. so it gets shoved in storage. and then people go on to reprogram their subconscious, and journal and restart their journey. but why do all that if you could stop the entire process from happening from the start? feel your emotions.
when you get scared you “won’t shift” when you think it, when you feel it, when you agree with it when you don’t want to, let it happen. feel the feeling as uncomfortable and sad as it is. get it out. you don’t have to cry or get angry, just listen to the part of you that’s scared and wants to be heard. that part of you is valid too. in order to change something you must accept it. and then you can let go. that part of you isn’t a villain or some random evil person trying to get in your way. it’s a part of you that feels something. that wants to be validated. a lot of people ignore it. “ignore the doubts”. for the ones that’s aren’t your own (basically all) that’s plausible. but there’s more than one way to handle something that bothers you. if it no longer serves you, let it go. you don’t have to kill it to do so, though.
what if the old you, that believes others doubts, can fade away gently. not slow, gently. what if you give that version of you the environment to quiet down and rest? soothe their worries instead of burying them. that’s what a lot of people do, bury them in positivity, never really figuring out where they came from specifically. why. never hearing their story, too busy trying to build your own, the next one. preferably, probably, in another reality. maybe that’s why (or at least another reason) even “master” shifters have doubts. because they’ve buried them too. even buried alive though, it’s still alive. still aflame, a flicker, a spark. that beats and pulses gently sometimes. and louder others. wanting to be acknowledged.
im not blaming you. no, i’m saying, maybe try and remember that part of you. to validate not their fear, but their feelings. see because a lot of people still act like that version of themselves. a lot of people still are that version of themselves. that goes desperately searching for new methods, new means, new answers. masking it in “curiosity” and interest. covering up their denial that they “can’t” shift. even just for a week, when they normally do. not realizing that they’re not to far from them version of themselves they’re trying to kill. but you don’t wanna die do you? no. you want to live. live a happy life. a magical, happy life. a peaceful, magical, happy life. you want to read something online that’ll validate you. “shifting memes” but it’s just negativity covered in jokes. “why you haven’t been shifting” that’ll explain exactly what you think has been happening. “why you haven’t”. and with that epiphany you’ll “certainly figure out how to shift!” except when you think you “didn’t” you panic and go right back to the drawing board. except this time you find “how to shift” ahh that was it! all along you haven’t been shifting because you didn’t know how right?
so you go even deeper into researching. trying to figure out how to shift. and you find methods, loa, meditations and advice on top of advice. but “none of it works”. now i’m not the type of gal to say things can hold you back from shifting. and i’m more so leaning towards that you can’t hold yourself back either. but if you’re looking for validation, same as the version of you that “didn’t shift” yesterday, why shame either of you instead of validating both. if you aren’t finding the validation outside of you anywhere…looks within!
validate all the times you cried, including today. all the times you’ve gotten frustrated, including when you “got up here” today. all the days you took a nap and “opened your eyes to here”. all the times you did an awake method and “never felt the shift”. validate yourself!! why suppress those emotions? it won’t do anything good for you so let it be okay. let it be okay that you “didn’t” shift on your first try. that you “haven’t” shifted in “days/weeks/months/years/ever”. that you see people “shift all the time, but you haven’t”. that you doubt. that you don’t have it all together. that you don’t know how to shift. yes. if you have been looking for validation anywhere that it is okay that you “haven’t” shifted. here it is. yes. it’s okay. 🫂
and now that we’ve acknowledged that it’s okay. maybe practice not beating yourself up that you “haven’t”. because it’s okay. and since we’ve acknowledged it, you can change it. im not saying you couldn’t before, ofc ours not. but being in denial? im not sure if that helps. and since we’ve just now covered this, how do you change it? well, this is just about when all that crazed research and experiments you’ve done should come in handy! most people know what they like at least a little bit “i like to count, i don’t like laying on my back, i like visualizing, i don’t like affirming” or vice verse/etc. now take the advice from then research that you like and apply.
in case you’re overthinking how to apply, simply go shift using those means, thats it. and know that even if you were to “not shift”. its okay. it doesn’t mean you don’t know what you’re doing, it doesn’t mean you failed/are a failure, it doesn’t mean you’ll never shift, it doesn’t mean your the only person who “hasn’t shifted”, it doesn’t mean you did the method wrong, it doesn’t mean you didn’t try hard enough, it doesn’t mean you didn’t try long enough, it doesn’t mean you didn’t want it bad enough. it doesn’t mean anything. in the most excruciatingly frustrating way, it doesn’t mean anything. because you have shifted. in the most excruciatingly frustrating way you have shifted the moment you decided to. and yes even if you “can’t see it”. “why”. i could give you a million reasons why. and it still wouldn’t satisfy you. you don’t want to know why. you want to be there. because if you’re there and you don’t know how you got there you wouldn’t really care how while you’re there. you’d just be happy you are and go off to adventure and have fun and see those you love. you wouldn’t even question. i could throw words like “continuity” out there. but would it really help, to understand?
would it just frustrate you more? because if there answer is the former why chase the need to know? if it won’t change or only complicate things. why chase answers at all? because while you’re chasing answers, the experiences you so love, in your dr, are chasing you. maybe, only if you feel it’s right. only if it resonates, you should stay in one place. and exist there consistently, doing whatever you like to do “to shift”. feeling all that you feel, validating all experiences. and let it find you. which it will, very quickly. because it’s close. so close its inside of you. inside your head, inside your imagination. so close, it’s you.
this post is for the shifters who have been “trying” for x amount of “years” (bc time is a social construct ahem) to shift and “haven’t stayed long/shifted at all/only ‘mini shifted’ ”
hi! so if that short description resonated, you may feel: burnt out, drained, exhausted, frustrated, sad, angry, upset, hollow, hopeless, powerless and not in control of your capabilities and/or reality. or not! you may still feel very motivated and/or determined! either way is completely valid.
but! regardless of how you feel, if you resonate with that short description or are simply looking for a new perspective, i have something to say!! you have shifted! and no, i’m not just spouting nonsense to get you to feel better or accomplished. im stating what can be a fact if you accept it! see, shifting is instantaneous right? okay now if you agree with that you definitely have already shifted. because everything we assume is law.
why? because there are no facts! or lies or truth or whatever! if someone was raised their whole life being taught a pillow was called chocolate and that’s normal to them, in their brain, it’s a fact! even if all of society disagrees with them. but that’s the thing! there are no facts! just opinions that “society” has collectively agreed on, thus, whatever you say is both a truth and a lie! further proof of this is there being infinite realities! there’s a reality where pillows are called pillows (this one) and another where they’re called chocolate!
so what’s my point in all that? when you affirm you’ve shifted, visualize, dream or feel the emotions of the reality you want to be in, you’re there!! as long as you accept that you are! facts are only a fact if you accept it. if you tell yourself it’s true even if society or outside opinions tell you it’s not then there’s nothing they can do to convince you it’s not!! so you’re not lying to yourself!! that “dream” was a shift! you just remember it as a dream because you think the truth is that it is, and that you haven’t shifted!! stop identifying with a version of you that “hasn’t shifted”! when you visualize? you shifted! all it is it literally shifting your attention to another reality. yk like how you space out and this reality doesn’t even exist while your visualizing? YEAH. people are just really obbsessed with “grounding”.
when you affirm? you shifted! because there’s a reality out there where you shifted the second you did! you just think you haven’t (spoiler alert, this is that reality). when you feel the emotions of the reality you wanna be in? you shifted! your brain literally doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s fake, hence why scary stuff can keep some people up at night, legitimately convinced it’s in this verse and out to get them. thus, even your brain thinks you shifted! yet you still manage to convince yourself to think you haven’t?! get rid of that old story!! it doesn’t serve you!
when the sun blocks your view and all you see is light does that mean your world doesn’t exist and everything is gone because you can’t see it? only if you believe it! most people don’t since that seems “illogical” though. but for once that can help you! because that thinking is “proof” that you’ve already shifted! just because the old illusion you may be still selling yourself is still projecting doesn’t mean that’s proof you’re not where you wanted to shift! intention leads to action! you wanted to shift? you did! now the sun is blocking your eyes, how do you stop that? move out of the way of the sun, turn away from it. out of alignment with that frequency. which is like hmm…shifting?! :° isn’t it?? when you take action physically you simply move your body, you don’t overthink how, it comes natural.
you didn’t like the sun in your eyes. emotion. you want to shift somewhere for happiness/adventure/excitement/etc. emotion. you plan to do smth abt it. intention. you possibly script, planning to shift there. intention. you do smth about it. action. (turn away from the sun). you do smth about it. action. (remember you’ve always been there and tune into the frequency using intention, methods, subliminals, affirmations, manifestation, meditation, visualization, emotions, counting, dreams, loa). and btw me listing a bunch of popular ways to shift is so telling, like there’s so many ways to do it that “failure” just seems obsolete the way i see it!
but i wouldn’t like you to focus on getting away from this reality as much as going to where you wanna be. because you can always disconnect from this reality! (dreams, meditation, void state, daydreaming, sleeping) the goal though is to go to the one you want! so focus on that! (but hey don’t listen to me if you like disconnecting and that works for you, take the bits and pieces that resonates and put it where it fits love <3)
