The I.K. Method âË⥠is a sensory-based shifting technique created specifically for the ADHD brain and those with Aphantasia. Rest assured, the technique was created to fit EVERYBODY. Let me tell you, the only skill you need is bluff because we will lie throughout the process. I think it will please âlazyâ folks because as one of them, I made it as simple as possible. So here's the sauce!
âź â â Level 1: The Spark (The "Wait, What?" Technique)
The brain is often stuck in a "loop" of birth reality intrusive thoughts (Especially the ADHD brain). To break this, you use the "Wait, What?" technique.
- The Action: Ask yourself a question that assumes you are already in your Desired Reality or Waiting Room.
- Examples: "Wait, why is the lighting so much softer than this in my WR?"
- The Goal: This forces the brain to "search" for a memory that hasn't even happened yet in the 3D, effectively "hooking" your consciousness into the Manifested Reality data stream.
For someone with Aphantasia, we skip "seeing" and move to "knowing." This is the Non-Visual Map.
- Spatial Awareness: Mentally acknowledge where objects are in your DR relative to your current body. Like at home you can direct yourself even with the lights off. For example; "The desk is to my left. The door is behind me." You don't need to see them; you just need to know they are there.
- Then, we use our senses: Take a physical sensation you feel right now (the hardness of a chair, the warmth of the room) and relabel it.
âThis hardness isn't the living room couch; itâs the wooden bench in my BR.â (BR=birth reality, used instead of CR because CR affirms you haven't shifted)
- The Optional âNarratorâ: If your mind wanders, narrate your actions in the third person. "They are sitting in the WR now, feeling the air change."
This is the core movement of the I.K. Method. It uses the vestibular system (your sense of balance and weight) to trigger the shift.
The Sinking Descent (100 â 0)
- Use Case: Mostly to shift but you can do whatever you want.
- The Process: Count backward from 100 (I am assuming I am not the only one who imagines a downward movement when I count downward- or I might just be weird). With every number, feel your body becoming heavier.
- The Transition: By the time you reach 0, feel the floor vanish. You "sink" or "fall" through your current seat and land directly into the texture of your DR seat/bed.

The Floating Ascent (0 â 100)
- Use Case: Recommended for reaching the Void State or shifting while staying awake mostly but you can use it as an asleep method too.
- The Process: Count upward from 0 (Same here!). With every count, feel a layer of weight "peeling off" your body. Until you become faceless and formless. (Particularly effective for the Void)
- The Transition: By 100, you feel yourself floating upward, disconnected from your physical body, entering the weightless blackness of the Void.
Failsafe: The âDesired Assumptionâ Technique
For my folks who fear their Birth Reality distraction. In this method you should simply relabel them (you gotta be creative!) Like, if you hear a fan, assume it is a coffee machine in your DR (go all in with the bluff!)
- The Rule: You never "stop" or "restart" because of a distraction.
And for mistakes in counting, pick up from the closest number you remember. The goal is relaxation and not to be worried.
this is by far one of the most well made, thought out, and overall well designed methods ive seen in a while. i hope you guys like this method as much as me and @linasweetgirl doË. á”á” âĄÖŽÖ¶â. đËàż đđËâË.
Non Dualism Basics + Manifestation (for people who want to be freed from limitations)
âąÂ°. *àż Honesty non dualism changed my life for the better and I will always be grateful to know about this :)
Non-dualism is the recognition that there is no separation between you and reality, awareness and experience. There is only awareness, appearing as all phenomena: thoughts, sensations, perceptions, what is called the external world.
The person you believe you are is not a fixed identity, it is merely a pattern of thoughts and memories experienced by awareness.
In non dualism, your true nature is consciousness or awareness. Everyone's true essence is consciousness, and it makes up everything you see: the ego, the physical world, the imagination, everything. This all exists because consciousness let it exist, meaning you, as the creator, expect it and allow it to be.
There is no authority higher than awareness, yet awareness is not a being. It is not human, not otherworldly, not a force, not a person. It is everything and it is nothing. The âpowerâ to shift, change, select is not owned, but it is simply the fact of identification. Whatever awareness identifies with, it materializes. Whatever is taken to be âI,â becomes experienced in the external.
You are simply awareness identifying/living as a human, which means you aware of a ego. An ego is simply the human you are aware of: their visual field, 5 senses, thoughts, emotions, feelings, all of it!
The ego is not an entity, it is the illusion of being a person, the thought âI am this.â It is simply a cluster of sensory data and thought appearing in the field. The sense of âmy senses,â âmy thoughts,â âmy experience,â arises only through misidentification. Drop that, and what remains is pure being: awareness itself.
Youâre not a human trying to reach awareness, you are awareness appearing as a human. The only limitation is believing you are the ego: the thoughts, the personality, the sense of being a separate self in a physical world. That belief filters your experience to match it.
The ego isnât the one manifesting anything. Itâs just the appearance of a character in the dream (the physical). Whatâs actually manifesting the dream is awareness itself. The moment something is fully accepted as true, it appears. Not because a person made it happen, but because identification shifted.
Everything is consciousness. Imagination and "real life/3d" are not different from each other, they are the same appearance, made of the same thing. When awareness identifies as the ego, the egoâs world plays out. When that identity drops, the experience shifts.
You don't become awareness, you just realize you never were anything else. Theres nothing to fix, nothing to get, because as awareness, you have everything already, you just need to decide/select it and it is done. There is no desiring when you already have it. You just refuse the old and accept the new.
Selection is not a doing, itâs simply no longer denying what is already true.
Ok but get to the burning question, how do I "manifest" something?
You donât. Not really, but hear me out.
You dont "manifest" as a person. Whatâs called âmanifestationâ is just awareness identifying with a new version of reality.
Because all possibilities already exist in awareness, nothing needs to be created. Youâre not making something happen, youâre dropping the identity that says it is not already so.
What you are being = what you are claiming as âI am.â
Not what you say.
Not what you visualize.
Not what you feel.
Only what you be.
There is no gap between desirer and desired, as both arise within awareness. The âthingâ and the âone who wants itâ are the same illusion.
Drop the self who wants the thing â
The thing appears because there is no one left to need it.
You canât lack anything if you are the source of all of it. Lack only appears when you think youâre a separate self (ego) who has to get. If that identity isnât claimed, neither is the feeling of want or desire or need.
From non-duality, thereâs no âmanifestingâ something outside of you, because nothing is outside. Thereâs just awareness appearing as whatever is identified with. Thatâs it.
Itâs not about making it happen. Itâs about not identifying as the one who lacks.
So:
Drop the story of âI want it.â Ignore the ego, do not claim its thoughts or feelings or external world as yours.
Be the version where itâs normal, obvious, already here. Decide what it is the ego "wants" and claim it to be true now. Identify as the ego (person) who has it, rather than the ego who doesn't. As awareness, both those identities hold equal weight, so pick the one that suits you best.
Donât wait for it. Thereâs no waiting in being. If youâre waiting, youâre still wanting.
Thatâs literally it. "Manifestation" is not doing. Itâs being.
But how do I become a new identity???
Identity is not built. Itâs selected. You donât need to feel like it nor think like it. You only need to know: This is who I am now. And you refuse to claim anything else.
Think about it like choosing clothes, you dont need to "become" a new outfit. you put it on. done. no waiting, no steps, no convincing.
You are awareness, you can be anything and have anything. So select it and in that moment, it is DONE, it is now your truth. Stand firm in that decision and ignore anything against it.
Wait Evangeline...but what about thoughts or affirmations??? Arent they what manifests???
If you are coming from a loa perspective, this might be what you are thinking.
Well its not the thought or affirmation themselves, it is the stance behind it. They don't create reality, the identification does.
If you identify as the version who has it, the experience reflects that. If you identify as someone trying to get it, then trying is what shows up.
Think of it like this:
When you open a door, you donât have to affirm âI open the doorâ over and over. You just open it, because you know you can. You already identify as someone who opens doors. Itâs natural.
Affirmations can help if they express whatâs already true for you. But if youâre using them to convince yourself, then youâre still not being it, youâre still trying. I find that affirmations are often not necessary, as if you know you are something, you don't need convincing. The only thing that needs convincing is the old ego, but you aren't that anymore so ignore it.
Like, if you have a car, you donât affirm it 10k times daily to keep it. You just know itâs yours. You are the version who has a car. Thatâs the only reason it's there.
Same with anything else. You have it when you're not trying to get it. You are it when thereâs nothing left to prove.
Doubts from the ego donât matter. Ego doesnât choose. Ego has no part in what is identified with, nor what is "manifested." Awareness does. The one watching the doubt (awareness) isnât doubting. Ignore the ego, don't claim its thoughts and doubts as you. It is not the real you, you are the observer.
Now for the big guy in question... the 3d:
The "3d" is not real in itself, it is simply a mirror of identity. The external world is not separate from you. It is a reflection of identity, projected through awareness. It appears âoutside,â but it is arising within consciousness, just like imagination. The 3d does not exist independent of awareness.
You don't change it by pushing on it or screaming at it, you change it by dropping identification with what it reflects.
The "3d" is not a cause, not a source, and definitely not a judge. It is a reflection of what's being identified with (not what's being thought, affirmed, or forced by the ego).
There is no need to worry about the external because:
It is you projected as form, it is not separate from you
The "3d" is not the source, it has no authority to determine what is real. You do.
It has no power, so it cant show anything that isn't being projected by you as the creator.
It always has to mirror who you are being, it has no choice
No need to worry. The 3D follows you. Always. Because it is you.
If itâs showing something unwanted, itâs because identity hasnât shifted yet. Thatâs all. But do not get caught up in this, as time is not real to infinite awareness. Choose to stop observing the "3d" of the old ego, choose to stop giving it attention, and it will cease to exist.
If you get doubts from the ego, ignore them, remind yourself that it is "not me" and "not mine." You are the observer, the one who has everything, so don't pay attention to the ego with lack. It is not you anymore.
Be indifferent to the old ego's "3d," be indifferent to its lack. If you see it still, just observe, and know it is not yours.
Do not think this means you have to abandon the old ego's life if you still "see" it. You can still do things in the old 3d without identifying with it or claiming it. Simply know it is no longer you.
How to know you are the new identity:
You no longer ask "Am I doing it right." You no long chase proof and you no longer entertain the old storyline. You stand in: "This is what I am. Nothing else matters.â
It is not about effort, it is simply refusal + knowing + indifference to all else.
You CAN romanticize any reality youâre shifting to. Itâll just bring us back to what most experienced shifters have said: That shifting is a personal experience. Everyone has the ability to shift.
YOU SHOULD NOT DEPEND ON OTHERS ADVICE 24/7 ON WHAT TO DO. SOMETIMES ITâS NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU âSHOULDâ DO TO SHIFT. âŹïžâŹïžâŹïž
BUT what YOU COULD do to shift.
Keyword: YOU.
Thereâs no right or wrong way. The only wrong was other shifters claiming it HAD to be that way. As if you HAD to drink gallons of water or HAD to be asleep. Or HAD to be awake. Or HAD to use methods. You never HAD to do anything.
Had = Need. Donât do that. đ«
You donât NEED to shift. You just do. By LOA. By assumption. Quick. Donât trip. Run with me. Donât walk. I said assumption not belief.
Just = being.
Being = existing.
Existing = awareness.
Awareness = self awareness and consciousness.
Shifting = moving it however you choose to.
Method, No Method, Subliminals, No subliminals, Awake, Asleep, Dancing, Napping, Eyes open, etc.
HOWEVER YOU WANT TO SHIFT. IS HOW YOUâLL SHIFT.
Treat shifting like something personal, not something you have to force or prove. Donât obsess over symptoms or compare your journey to other people online because that usually just creates pressure.
The best thing you can do is relax into the fact you exist naturally in your DR. All these realities you already exist in.
You donât need to shift or âtryâ to reach it. Itâs already there. Youâre already there.
THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS BECOMING CONSCIOUSLY AWARE OF IT THIS TIME.
Practice đ«(DOES NOT EQUAL) Time.
Time doesnât matter and thatâs why most of yâall have trouble shifting.
âOh it took them 5 yearsâ, âOh it took me 6 yearsâ âI shifted first tryâ âIâve been at this 8 yearsââŠokay do yâall want a medal for doing the practice everyone can do or?âŠ
SOME of yâall get so obsessed with âhow long it takesâ rather than just focusing on how long youâve already been there. You donât need to ask âoh does it take 3 hours, 3 minutes, 3 secondsâ especially if youâre using LOA (Law of Assumption.)
Time places your awareness back on THIS reality. Ignore it. It doesnât matter. Time itself changes. Why do you wanna focus and trust time? Fuck time. Please. STOP. DOING. THIS.
Trust YOURSELF MORE. Trust your visualizations, and stay consistent without making it your entire life.
Your mindset matters more than having the âperfectâ method. Some nights will feel strong, some wonât, and thatâs normal. Same goes for days.
And YES IT IS OKAY TO SWITCH IT UP YOU DONâT ALWAYS HAVE TO DO THE SAME ROUTINE TO SHIFT. IF YOU HAVE AND YOU âhavenâtâ SHIFTED WITH IT THATâS OKAY.
Youâre a day shifter? Great! Do nights!
Youâre shift asleep? Amazing! Shift awake!
Your method got boring and you feel stagnant? Thatâs OKAY! Get creative make something new!
Stay patient with yourself and focus on enjoying the connection you have with your DR instead of chasing instant results. Itâs not new.
Shifting isnât new. Itâs not a trend. Itâs nothing new. The practice of shifting is making it consistently stable within your conscious.
Humans, US, have been forced into many branches and systems.
Make your conscious consistent into believing this one about shifting whatever it takes.
If you can believe in your ex you can believe in yourself and especially shifting as a shifter.

a lot of people ask me for advice on staying connected to their dr's, but i actually think i recommend detaching from your DR just as you would your CR. yeah, you can detach from the reality and life you have here, but you can also do that with your DR in order to make it easier to shift. it sounds backwards, but hear me out.
take it like this. you don't want to put your DR on a pedestal so that it'll be easier to shift right? well, how about you stop caring entirely. not "okay, i won't romanticize my dr." but, "i won't overthink about it whatsoever."
your "drself" lives the same life, same routine, same schedule every single day. why would you work so hard to romanticize what is normalcy for yourself? you don't romanticize the breakfast you have each morning, or the drawing on your fridge from when you were a kid.
you don't need to "think" to shift. you don't even need to believe. you just need to realize you're there. it doesn't require taking it off of a pedestal, but instead, pushing it to the side and disengaging with it. treating it as you would treat anything else you know you could have at any given moment.
shifters try to think logically with shifting, but logic doesn't exist. you can't think or feel something that isn't real. logic isn't real.

Let it out. Itâs best to let it out so you donât hold it in. Feelings are not the truth, but they are existent. The best way to shift (imo) is by letting the thoughts go and allowing yourself to not accept them as the truth.
Think of thoughts like theories. You never really know if theyâre real or not. Some people choose to believe the earth is flat, some people donât. It doesnât matter if the earth is flat or not, what matters is if you believe youâre on it. Same thing with shifting.
It doesnât matter if you think shifting is impossible or not, what matters is if you accept the thought or not.
Shift because you accept your desired reality. Letting thoughts eat you up will only exhaust you.
What I believe best is that you control your mind. Thatâs why meditation is prominent in the shifting realm. It gives you better leeway to control your mind.
Another thing, most of us are overthinking everything. I know I get that way. I see many of you getting that way as well.
The best thing to do is to accept those thoughts as just bubbles that can be popped or can fall to the ground and pop themselves. It's all a selection process.
"I can't shift, what am I even doing?" *đ«§đ«§đ«§*
"Wait I don't even have to believe this!" *bubble pops onto the ground*
That's how simple all of this is! You donât have to accept anything that you donât want to!
Iâm never going to sit here and tell you to ignore your thoughts because that is going to do nothing for you in all honesty. Ignoring how you feel and what you think will only suppress those things.
Accept thoughts that you believe should be accepted.
Let those who are unsolicited POP! You deserve to accept what you deserve. And that my friend, is a good experience.
ns idk if im gonna get shunned for this but why is shifting so s/o centered and a lot of people talk about some âoh if my s/o breaks up with me im not shifting there anymore or im not shifting anymore periodâ like you have a life outside ur s/o like people should post more about themselves or friends even family or things they love to do or even ur job but idk I just feel itâs repetitive. I know love keeps people going but theirs different versions of love around you and I feel thatâs not appreciated enough.

i woke up in my bed as if it was another day in my cr but as I look down at my white blankets covered in a multicolor flower pattern and everything begins to set in. i had finally shifted to my enhypen dr after all the times of feeling like Iâve been failing had come to an end. i had took a second to look around and everything just felt familiar. after slipping my slippers on I grabbed my phone that was plugged in by my bedside table and walked into the bathroom and just stared at my reflection briefly as I started to brush my teeth and wash my face.
I got into the shower letting the hot water burn my skin as i started to lather on the soap on my washcloth and started to wash my body. after i got out of the shower i wrapped a towel and got many notifications from my phone so i opened my phone and went to the messages only to find multiple messages from the main enhypen groupchat with all of the members and me. I stared at the group chat as everyone spoke about what they had planed for the day, dance practice and just joking with each other as the do normally.
I wanted to say something but i just couldnât think of what to say it was more so out of not wanting to say anything dumb rather than anything else. I stared at the line blinking in the empty text box trying to figure out what to say before typingâŠ
âIâm gonna go to practice today on my own rather walk then taking the van with you guysâ
instantly as everyone read my message my phone literally got flooded with messages of âare you okay?â âdid something happen?â
and then i saw jake had responded with âim coming with you.â and immediately my heart dropped.
I put my phone down on the sink as i walked back into my room to get dressed which was a simple outfit for dance practice trying to ignore the fact that Jake said what he said as if it would erase the fact that he said he was coming with me. I grabbed my bag made sure everything was in it before walking out the door and locking the door behind me. i walk down the hallway passing each apartment door till i get to the stairwell because i knew the rest of the members would take the elevator because its the quickest way to get to the van outside but since i was by myself i just didnât mind.
I got to the stairwell and turned the cool knob of the stairwell entrance door and letting it slam behind me the sound echoing through the empty stairwell. I began to walk down the steps i started to overthink about everything mainly about the stuff that i had planned but as i made it to the flight of stairs that was connected to the second floor i heard a creak sound echo from the door and as it opened there was Jake and immediately his eyes softened when his eyes met mine.
we ended up walking down the steps together, and I remember him just straight yapping about shit. I couldnât tell y'all what he was talking about because of how zoned out I was. I just remember him saying words at the speed of light, so I just ended up staring at the wall in front of us as we continued to descend the steps.
then almost abruptly he stops walking down the steps right as we were midway to the first floor and turned his head to look at me.
Jake just stood there staring, but it wasn't out of just confusion; it was more so worry as well.
"Are you okay?" He asked softly as I turned my head to look at him, only to shake my head in response.
I tried to walk down the next couple of steps, but he immediately rushed down the steps and leaned back against the railing. His eyes were so glossy, bro he genuinely made me so nervous, so all I could do was stare but I know he was looking at me like that because he cared.
"Xevera, please talk to me cmon you know you can talk to me about anything." He insisted.
âIâm fineâ I replied before going down the steps and around him before walking out of the stairwell.
1- try not to think about "how" just think about the result (u ending up in Dr) because manifestation law 1: don't think about how to get ur desire just think that u got ur desire and the case is closed. No place for doubts, when ur holding ur phone, would u doubt having a phone?
2- stop wanting to shift and start shifting. It's an act not an idea and shifting is tangible. You want to magically end up in ur travel destination without even getting a ticket and showing up to airport?
3- shifting is free and easy. U can do it at home. Don't wait for an external help, push or divine intervention. I don't mean to be rude, but if u don't change ur mentality about it, no advice can help you.
4- be true to yourself. There's no need to spiral and get desperate. We can't change the universe's laws, just because we're sad about gravity doesn't mean it just disappears. Just because you think u can't shift doesn't mean you can't shift.
5- KNOW, don't wish. Don't say "I wish I was a master shifter", just know u are a master shifter. You know ur age, know ur gender, ur nationality. U don't say "am I really 19?" No. Apply the same logic, say "im literally a master shifter what am I doubting?"
