Lance's family threw a huge party for celebrate his son's return. Some guests got along very well with each other.

Lance's family threw a huge party for celebrate his son's return. They invited everybody, including Hunk and Pidge's families. "I've never been in a party with so many people," admitted Pidge. "Well, at least not with so many humans." "My family loves parties. You have to see our birthdays," responded Lance. "You better get used to it, since you two are going to be in the same family," teased Hunk. "What do you mean?" asked Pidge. Hunk made a accomplice smile and pointed to one of the tables of the dinner room. They could see that Matt, Pidge's brother and Veronica, Lance's sister were having a conversation. The guy had a huge smile in his face and was talking about something they couldn't hear, the girl, for her part, was just listening but everybody recognized the same dreaming eyes that Lance had when he had a crush in some girl. "How did this happen?" questioned Pidge. "Well, she saw him cross the door and decided she wanted to know everything about him," responded Hunk, trying to hide a smile. "Nothing that Lance hasn't done before." Lance, for his part, didn't respond. He seemed to be shocked. Finally he shouted: "¡¿Qué hace ese sanaco hablando con mi hermana?!!” Lance's family was really overprotective, every time that Veronica brought a boyfriend to the house, the men of the house took charge to interrogate the guy. But that wasn't the only problem, Matt and Lance used to have a rivalry because both of them had a crush on Allura, she didn't accept any of them but they never became friends after that. "Lance, I already told you we don't understand Spanish," complained Hunk. "Ah sí... ¡¡pues dos pueden jugar el mismo juego!!" said Lance, ignoring Hunk's complain. He set his sights on Pidge and with the flirtiest voice he could make, said: "So, Pidge..." "¡NO!" shouted Pidge furiously and walked away. "What?" Lance was really confused. He was expecting she reject him, not that she get mad. "Seriously, Lance?" complained Hunk, he wasn't happy neither. "I'll be right back," said Lance and went out in search of his friend. He found her in the backyard, she looked really upset. "Hey, Pidge? Are you ok? About what happened... I'm sorry! I was just joking!" "I do understand Spanish, Lance. You said both can play this game." "Oh," Lance was embarrassed. "I mean... yeah... I did... but I wasn't expecting you to accept." "So, after years of know me, you finally flirted with me because you don't like my brother." "I-Is that what's upsetting you?" He could see how Pidge's cheeks turned red. "Wait... Wait!! Do you-" "NO!" Pidge replied. Now her whole face was red. "I- I don't want you to use me, ok?" "Oh" Lance felt a weird sense of disappointment. "I'm sorry, Pidge. You are my friend. I didn't mean to hurt you." Pidge stared at him. It seemed like she wanted to tell him something but was unable to speak. They kept in silence for a while, standing next to each other. Finally Pidge asked: "Do you think they will last? My brother and your sister?" "I hope so, he would be the first decent boyfriend that Veronica has." The others members of the family already noticed the new couple, and were preparing the interrogatory. "Wait," surprised Pidge. "Now you like my brother?" "We have our differences but I know he is a good guy," responded Lance. "You grow up so fast," teased Pidge making him blush a little. They stayed there, in the backyard, talking about a lot of things. Inside the house, Veronica was furious with her family and Matt was really confused answering all the questions the two brothers and the little sibling were asking him. "Do you like dogs?," asked the little kid. "Yes, I even have a dog, if you visit me you can play with him," responded Matt. "Keep him," sentenced the little child making everybody laugh. Hunk was following the interrogatory, Matt passed the test. He could hear some laughs coming from the backyard, he peeked and saw Lance and Pidge talking, she looked happy and he had those famous dreaming eyes. "Yep, the Holts better get used to the big birthdays parties."

The war was over and to celebrate the different planets had a huge ceremony. The leader from Earth was giving a long speech. Meanwhile the Voltron Team had to wait to come to scene. However, that didn't mean that they could not give a glimpse. 

"I can see everybody from here!" shouted Lance spying behind the curtain. "Lance, be quiet!" Pidge ordered. The war was over and to celebrate the different planets had a huge ceremony. The leader from Earth was giving a long speech. Meanwhile the Voltron Team had to wait to come to scene. However, that didn't mean that they could not give a glimpse. "How much this guy is gonna talk? This people is missing the chance to meet the sharpshooter!" complained Lance who was still peeking behind the curtains. "Lance," said Hunk trying to call his attention. Suddenly Lance stop peeking behind the curtains. They couldn't see his face because he was on his back, even so Hunk knew something was happening with him. "Emm, Lance?" asked worried Hunk. Without saying any word, Lance ran away for the backside. Hunk and Pidge were about to go for him when the curtain opened. The leader had finished his speech and now the paladins were greeted with a wave of applause. They couldn't go for him now. "Why did he go?" asked Pidge. "I thought he wanted this." Hunk was really confused too. He tried to see if Lance was somewhere in the public and in fact there he was. He was hugging a woman with a gentle smile, both were crying. Around of them, a lot of people were crying, they all looked similar and they all were different. Finally they all fused in a huge hug. Lance laughed softly and hugged his mom again. Hunk smiled. "It's ok. He has got what he wanted."

Matt was ready to go home, but Nyma wasn't ready to tell him goodbye.

Matt had everything packed, he was ready to go home. However he decided to check the Sylmether one more time. He went to the laboratory and he was surprised to see Nyma there. She seemed to be upset but she didn't want to tell him the reason. "Do you have everything packed?" "Yes, but I wanna check the Sylmether one more time." The Sylmether was a machine that Matt had built with the help of Pidge and Hunk. It was useful to find information. However the system was very delicate so that it needed continuous reviews. Matt taught the other rebels how to recover the energy with some plants of the planet Olkarion; and now it seemed that the machine needed a recharge. He was searching for the plant when he noticed Nyma was still upset. Sadly the whole Holt family had one flaw: they were unable to connect well with people. In fact, Matt didn't really had much friends in Earth, everybody thought he was a weird guy obsessed with aliens. Curiously, in space he had found a lot of alien friends, Nyma was one of them, she couldn't understand everything he said but she was always there when he need her. Only when she mentioned that it would be weird to not see him, was when she understood that he would not find her when she went to the laboratory or to the room. She would be far far away. "I'm gonna miss you too." He smiled at her. She didn't say anything for a moment and then returned the smile. He walked towards the machine and started to fill the compartment for the energy. He had to be very careful because the olkari plant was really viscose and if he drooped it that would be a huge mess to clean. "Besides it's not like I'll stay there forever. I just go because they need me for build the castle. When it is finished I will come back." Matt wasn't completely necessary to build the castle but Pidge insisted so much and he also wanted to see his mom so he finally accepted. However he knew he was more useful with the rebels. "Are you sure you want that?" asked Nyma, her voice still sounded a bit upset. "Yeah. Hey, I have an idea!" said Matt. "You always say you would like to have one of those cute things from Earth, like when I told you about the muffins... or the ants... Do you want me to bring you something cute from Earth?" She smiled. "You are the only cute thing from Earth I want." He was seriously not expecting that answer. He stared at her, with his eyes wide open and being unable to respond. He was too busy being shocked to realize the olkari plant on his hand slipped and fell on his boot. When he noticed his boot was a huge viscose mess he started complaining in a human language. Nyma knew he was speaking Italian, Matt always cursed in Italian when he was nervous. She couldn't help but giggle. She would really miss this dork.

Shiro was back in Earth, but would he be able to talk to who used to be his significant other? 

Shiro wasn't a coward but when he saw Adam in the hallways of the Galaxy Garrison, he hid from him. "What are you doing?" asked Romelle. Shiro had forgot he was in a search mission with Lance and her. He tried to justify his reaction but only could babble some words. "Oh, he is hiding from Adam," said Lance ."His ex-fiancé" Shiro was half ashamed and half surprised. "How do you know about him?" "You really think we don't gossip over our instructors?" replied Lance. The black paladin was really secretive about his private life but Romelle and Lance's curious faces made him confess. "We had a bad break-up... I don't know what to say" "Don't worry! "I'm here." claimed Lance. He cleared his throat and indicated to his friend. "Look him straight in the eyes and tell him: The shooting star listened your wish... your personal space angel is here." "I'm not going to tell him that," said Shiro annoyed. Lance insisted and even offered to write in his hand what he should say. In the face of his hero's constant refusal, he finally asked: "Do you wanna get back with him or not?" Shiro was tense. His friends noticed it and adopted a worried expression. A lot of time had passed since that day. He wasn't the same, probably Adam wasn't the same, and the Earth was in danger. There were so many things he wanted to say and he wasn't even able to talk to him. "I don't know," he admitted. Lance was trying to find some words to comfort him when a voice made all of them jump of surprise. "Takashi?" Adam was there. He was a bit confused for the reaction of the trio but everybody could see he was happy. Shiro looked at Lance asking for help. He understood the message and wrote in Shiro's hand: Hi. The black paladin read it, he guessed that was better than nothing. Adam smiled and returned the greeting. "Samuel Holt told us about what happened in the expedition to Kerberos, and about the attack." Shiro looked at Lance, the Cuban boy refused to help him this time. "Oh, ok." "Takashi I... I'm glad you are here and-" "Thanks", replied quickly Shiro with a deadpan voice. Adam hesitated. "What happened to your arm?" "Space things," answered Shiro avoiding eye contact. He could hear Lance mumble some words in Spanish, he was probably insulting him. The silence was really uncomfortable. Adam seemed to understand there was no point to continue the conversation and invented an excuse to leave. "Goodbye... you two," he said to Romelle and Lance. Shiro had never introduced them. "Bye," replied the two friends with a fake smile. "Goodbye, Takashi." Shiro didn't wanted he go away, he wanted to talk to him but now his mind was a huge mess so he only nodded his head to respond. Even after Adam left, everybody kept quiet. "That went well," said Shiro with a shy smile. His friends groaned.

Walk for the Galaxy Garrison's hallways was a weird experience for Lance. He used to walk the same hallways daily but after spent time in the space, the experience was surreal. "Do you think your classmates missed you?" asked Allura. "Definitely," answered Lance. "I was very popular". Allura smiled, she didn't believe it; but what they didn't know was that there were somebody waiting for Lance in the next room.

"Lance?" Allura peeked to see what was happening. "Who is that?! Is she another of your Jennies?!" shouted one of the girls. "No, no, no, no," replied Lance quickly, "she is Allura, she is the only one." The Jennies were furious so Lance tried to fix the problem: "Hey, girls... Listen! I know you probably talked to each other about me and I know this looks bad but trust me... there is a good explanation for this... emm." He looked at Allura to ask for help but he met with her confused eyes instead, she was expecting an explanation too. No, there was something else... she wasn't confused, she was upset. He felt a knot in his stomach. In the past, when something didn't work with a girl he didn't really worried, there would always be other girls. Now it was different, he didn't wanted other girl, he wanted only one girl and wanted to be the best person for her. "The true is... I was dating all of you at the same" "Wait! You are confessing?" said surprised one of the Jennies. "I didn't see it coming," admitted the other Jenny. "Why are you telling us the true?" questioned Jenna. "Because... I was wrong... and I knew I was doing something bad but I didn't really care at that time," Lance tried to explain—"but now I... I'm sorry. I don't know what to say. I was younger and stupid and I should never have played with your feelings and I really really sorry... we are ok?" The Jennies looked at him, they were still angry. It was a lame apologize, he didn't blame them. "but if you still wanna slap me I guess it's fair" -- "How bad is it?" "Mmm, it look really red but you will be fine," said Allura putting a bag of ice in Lance's face. "I'm pretty sure Jenna is half galra, no human can slap like that," complained the boy, Allura giggled. "You are enjoying this, don't you?" Lance guessed, "You think I deserved it." Allura didn't respond but he could see she was trying to not laugh. "But do you believe me?" "What thing, Lance?" "That I have changed... do you believe me?" Allura stared at him, there were a million of words in her eyes and he was unable to read any of them. His face immediately turned bright red. She realized he was looking for her approval and now he had made the whole moment uncomfortable. Allura finally gave him a tender smile. "Yes, Lance. I know you are better now."

I've been thinking in my time theory (and now I disagree with some points I made).

The idea is: I wonder if it will be possible that there will be a difference of time between the paladins and their allies, similar to Keith who aged two years meanwhile the others not. So... older characters! (Matt is supposed to look older here)
