New "SCP" idea
okay so you know how animals and plants get domesticated for the sake of being allowed shelter, food, etc. and stuff with humans?
Well, imagine a plant or something keeps dying out thanks to global warming and stuff, but coincidentally, all the weird stuff around it gets picked up by weird guys in lab coats.
Eventually, evolution takes its course. Clearly, the best way to spread seeds and whatnot is to be taken by these weird humans. So, the plant grows to imitate the SCP plants of old, be they paralyzing warm-blooded prey, looking sharper and more dangerous, or even just having really fast growing fruits.
And the best part? It works. Researchers see this thing and go: "yeah, that's probably anomalous." And pick it up. So now there's an actually completely non-anomalous plant in the SCP foundation, and its species slowly gets a new survival tactic. I'm calling it the Secretly Common Plant.
