“Delicious? Well I suppose so, though I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone describe a kiss like that.” Heating up the hotplate, he poured milk into the small saucepan before measuring in the right amount of cocoa powder and whisking lightly. “Well how would I know that? See, this just goes to show that I need to hear about one of your tales.”

“Exactly!! I mean the way they tied Clarice’s story into Will’s is one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen, I’m still holding out hope that somewhere, somehow, the series will get a season four on HBO or something, and no I don’t actually play video games, my attention span is too short, my stubborn streak is too long, and my knowledge about technology is too slim to be able to play them, I gave up on Pottermore because I couldn’t get past the gnome throwing in book two and my potions kept getting glitched and blowing up, shame too…  oh if I bring out ALL of the junk food we’ll be swimming in it, are you like.. on a diet or just have someone on your back about it? Either way you have my sympathies, I’ll probably die at thirty from how little I take care of myself, I practically live on junk food,”

“Ugh, yes it was the embodiment of storytelling mastery. The way they tied in Crawford’s regret for Marium Lass and his wife and the complex relationships with Will keeps my heart beating at night. I think for now Amazon has the rights but they haven’t announced anything and puh-lease HBO, I will stay subscribed and not just pay when GOT is on if you bless me with another season of Hannibal. Oh my god, I’m so ashamed, I completely forgot about Pottormore - I didn’t even make it to the second book. When I stopped they only had the first book premiered, so congrats you for making it further than me when you have all those traits working against you or somewhat. If you have cheeseballs, I will die - honest to god, kick the bucket. And I wouldn’t say that I’m on a diet, but all the people I work with and around eat healthy just because it’s an L.A. thing and then on top of that I’m way too lazy to hit the gym regularly to fight against whatever damage I could do to this body of mine. And don’t say that, you look pretty fit to me, it looks like junk food is your thing.”

Oh ‘Another’ is great, it’s about this haunted school and every year this one class has to pretend one of the students doesn’t exist or else the ghost of this girl who died there will kill the entire class and the curse gets activated because one kid didn’t know the rules and it’ all just very interesting, but uh.. yeah, popcorn, and I can get sodas if you want,”

“I’ve loved Hannibal for so long, even back when it was just the movies. And the series is just so good, I was personally offended when they got canceled. God, that sounds like a Corpse Party adaption - I don’t know if you’ve ever played that but yeah. I’m in! Ugh, yes, bring all the junk food you have - I’ve been deprived for so long I think I might actually die from a health overdose.”

“don’t worry about it.” he shrugged. “you just remind me a lot like my dad, he used to ‘work’ a lot during vacations too - it’s just i feel like you miss a lot if you don’t take the time to slow your roll sometimes.” cameron winked at the lovely brunette. “so what kind of work do you that makes you so high in demand?” he asked conversationally as he waited for her phone to light up with life.

“nope, i don’t - but i do have a portable charger that you’re more than welcome to borrow.” he pulled the grey box out of his back pocket, loosely wiggling between his fingers towards her. “but aren’t you supposed to be vacationing?”

Cameron half-turned on his heel, sizing up the girl with the well-formed snowball in her hand. “How about,” he began slowly, “because I have informants up in those trees just behind you and the second that snowball leaves your little hand, you’re gonna get blasted by two SnowBaller3000 manned by two skilled snowsassins that I met off craigslist 3 years ago for this exact moment.” His lips pulled up into a smirk as he waited for her decision. “But if you don’t want that, we could go do a puzzle or something - and by puzzle I mean, anything but a real puzzle because I suck at them.”

“Ok, I brought the entire Scream series, American Horror Story, Hannibal, Another, four Stephen King movies, and like… six Goosebumps DVDs, who’s making popcorn?”

“Did you say Hannibal? If you’ve got season 3, I’m sold - I’ve been dying to binge it all for- for like, forever. I don’t think I’ve heard of Another, but if popcorn’s your price, I’m more than willing to pay.”

“As much as I’d love to be the Snow White of Whiteworth and be able to talk to animals and fetch me snacks, but I’m not - sorry. I think there might be cheezits back at ours, but I don’t know if that’s what you’re into.”
