softcore changes that made me lose fuckloads of weight
intermittent fasting (16 hours of not eating and a few normal meals in the remaining 8 hours)
when breaking a fast eat either protein+carbs or protein+fat. try to avoid fat+carbs combo when breaking a fast
swap all normal sweets and treats for grain bars grain cookies organic millet snacks etc (despite the same amount of calories they dont make you gain so much cause of all the fiber. fiber is love fiber is life)
weight lifting and overall strength exercises (bulking up is usually hard af. not only will you look lean and toned but muscle burns a lot of calories so you will burn even on your rest days)
dont be scared of fats. they might be high cal but weight loss/gain isnt just physics and calories in calories out - its biology. hormones babey! high carb low fat diet makes your insulin and leptin go haywire. fats are less dangerous and your cells need them to regenerate!
its better to fast once in a while than to restrict. you will lose more fat and you will keep your muscle. restricting may make you lose muscle and muscle is your friend when it comes to burning fat!
72 hours fast is absolute maximum. after that you may start burning muscle
exercising while fasting turns you into a fat burning machine. dont push yourself too hard though! be reasonable and know your limits

egg whites~ 14 kcal
rice cakes~ 50 kcal
almond milk~ 30 kcal
raspberries~ 1 kcal each
PB2~ 50 kcal
GUM~ 5 kcal
sugar free popsicles~ 15 kcals
light bread~ 45 kcals
skinny popcorn~ 30 kcals for a cup
light string cheese~ 40 kcals
strawberries~ 4kcal each
sweet potatoes~ 100 kcal for half

-spend all my money online shopping
-take my glasses off and stare at christmas lights
-pretend im at my ugw
-bother my siblings
-delete 50+ unread emails from my teachers about my grades
-drink half a mug of green tea and abandon it cause it tastes like grass water
-boil the green tea so hot it burns my taste buds and it doesnt matter how bad it tastes (thx ally 💕)
-sit on the porch and contemplate my existence
-walk to wawa and buy sugar free gum even though i dont need any i just like going there
-play mario kart
-play smash bros
-think about food
-do two hundred sit ups while watching Kitchen Nightmares
-drink more vitamin water
-pee 28472 times within an hour because im drinking so much vitamin water
-write that book i started last year and never finshed
-attempt class work but say fuck it im gonna drop out anyways who cares i wont need good grades when im skinny
-contemplate shaving my head but deciding to wait until im thinner
-congratulate myself for fasting even though im only 13 hrs in
-convince myself food is gross and ill never eat again
-think about eating
-drink more gross tea and look at thinspo
-become thinner because im not eating
