#MentalHealthMonday So full disclosure, the past month has not been good. My work life and personal life felt like it was in shambles. So many triggers for my PTSD causing flashbacks and multiple full blown panic attacks daily. I was so overwhelmed and anxious that I vomited for over a week. I needed an outlet so with the suggestion of my therapist I started journaling. At first I found it difficult, overthinking each word and sentence but that ended quickly and it already has drastically reduced my anxiety and helped lower my heart rate.
