Hot Fudge, Butterscotch and Salted Caramel Sauce
Hot Fudge Sauce
2 cups sugar 1 1/4 cups whole milk 1 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
Combine the sugar, milk, butter, cocoa, flour and salt in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring often. Boil, stirring constantly for one minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into 1/2 pint jars and let cool.
