Since @flowermonse wants to know about the silly little (fan)child(ren) I made up for Spear and Mira (and their names), I opted to just share them because I can't comment a lot on the replies huhuhuh..
Princess, the first daughter (12yo)
As implied many times, Princess is Mira and Spearâs very first baby, so she pretty much earned the title and name from the beginning!
Her name is based on a silly little trope where princesses in fairy tales (especially Disney princesses) are particularly close to animals, with most of their animal companions being their guardians in troubling times. I even joked that Princess mustâve been the earliest prototype of a Disney princess because having three T-rexes as your animal companion is a flex. Thus her name, "Princess".
She takes her duty as a big sister very seriously! When sheâs not hunting with Spear or playing with the other village kids or playing with Spike and Sonja, she is most definitely entertaining her siblings.
Choice of weapon: Spear, alternatively a bow and arrow as well, can hunt on her own but with little assistance
Birdy, the first son (8yo)
He was born 4 years after his older sister, Princess. He looks like Spearâs oldest son from his previous family.
While he was still forming in Miraâs womb, he was not a strong kicker but he most definitely moved a lot. His kicks, as what Mira would best describe, were âlike the flutters of a little birdâ so he got that name instead.
His relationship with his older sister Princess is almost similar to that of Spike and Sonja, but despite all that, theyâre fiercely protective of each other and sometimes liked to fool around together, like making weird animal noises to scare away some bullies (heâd grow up to be Spikeâs rider someday)
Choice of weapon: Spear, can hunt but with assistance
Tress, the baby (barely a year old)
Tress is the youngest of the family. Despite the rather âhugeâ age gap between her and Princess, she was also doted on and loved by her family, especially by Princess as she wanted a baby sister after having a little brother
She could only crawl for now, so she is either attached to Miraâs hip while Mira goes on to finish her duties as the current chieftess of her village (sad fact, Tress was born shortly before Miraâs father died of old age, but at least he got to see his granddaughter before his death) or wrapped around behind Spear's back in their old baby wearing method
She looks like Princess when she was also a baby, except Tress was already born with a head full of jet black hair like Spear did⌠Hence the name, âtresses of hairâ
Bonus if I let Spear and Mira have more children besides having 3:
Sky and Sunshine, the twins (4 yo)
Theyâre both born at the break of dawn when the sun finally rose, hence their names.
Itâs rare in Miraâs village to hear about the birth of twins, but most of them were identical twins (boy twins or girl twins). Sky and Sunshine were the very first pair of fraternal twins (boy and girl respectively) to be born in their village⌠Letâs say Spear almost fainted from pure excitement upon finding out they had two babies altogether. Fang was also impressed because this is her first time witnessing a human giving birth to two babies at once when she thought Mira (and all humans) could only birth one baby at a time.
Though they shared some of Spearâs traits like the stocky limbs and nose, they looked more like Mira, and they were the only ones among the siblings with slightly wavy/curly hair. Sky has a hairy birthmark on his shoulder while his twin sister Sunshine doesnât have a birthmark.
Choice of weapon: Sky is learning to use a spear, Sunshine is learning to use a bow and arrow (Sunshine would be the only one among the siblings to use the bow and arrow primarily as a main weapon).
