Hello everyone, YESTERDAY was my sister’s BIRTHDAY .

She turned 2 years old on 2/6. It was supposed to be a day where we celebrate in front of a small birthday cake, but instead we lived through shelling and nearly lost our lives yesterday, while witnessing terrifying scenes of bodies, fire, and screaming in front of our eyes. We were trying to play next to our tent, when a nearby explosion turned the moment into complete horror. Since her birth, she has lived through days filled with fear, explosions, hunger, and constant danger, and we are still in the Gaza Strip where the war continues without stopping.

From the day she was born until today, my little sister has known nothing but this blockade imposed on us. She has not experienced safety, comfort, or the basic rights every child deserves. We are suffering greatly, and her childhood has been stolen before it even began.

I hope her coming years will be different, and that she will get the chance to live a normal childhood and achieve at least some happiness. But until that time comes, we desperately need your help. it is pride month, i have not eaten in multiple days. i am a developmentally disabled lesbian with cptsd and schizotypal personality disorder and i must persist until i can see this girl im interested in. also, my dog needs supplies!! shes very cute

Maybe it's because I like to be practical but I've never understood the whole "just because she's a warrior doesn't mean she can't be feminine!" thing. Why does she NEED to be feminine? Why can't she be a butch? Or androgynous? Or even if she's a feminine character or just someone who also occasionally likes feminine things, why does she need to be feminine and pretty all the time? Why can't she be a woman who, like me, is more practical and wouldn't care about how she looks in specific situations, like in battle? Why do they think it's bad if she's not feminine?

#I think this stems from people thinking that women face misogyny because they're feminine rather than because of misogyny #being feminine is the standard that women have to meet and if they don't then they're ridiculed & called 'not real women' and worse #and the whole 'she can still be feminine!' thinking is just reinforcing that standard that you have to be feminine to be a 'real' woman

Jonathan Joss was an Indigenous, gay man who was murdered on the first day of Pride month as well as Indigenous History Month. He died protecting his trans husband. Homophobia and racism aren’t marks of the past, and this is a heart breaking reminder of that.

Today is the anniversary of the death of Jonathan Joss (King of the Hill, Parks and Rec). Jonathan Joss was an Indigenous, gay man who died protecting his transgender husband, on the first day of Pride month. Today we remember him and how he protected his family.

Before the Faye combat reveal I imagined Faye's fighting style to be violent and hard hitting, yet precise to minimize suffering, and thus why Kratos would describe it as "beautiful". But now this kind of implies Kratos likes her fighting style because he has an appreciation for dance

#honestly I do think they just made that her fighting style because its one of those 'let her be feminine' shits lol #a bunch of other female gow characters DO fight particularly violently like the Valkyries & furies & Freya & Librarian so. I'll give em tha #gow #fayetos

tbh I don’t even know what to think currently, I have some thoughts certainly but most of what I predict MIGHT be in the next game are either a given, or just what I’m hoping for or just some of my own theories hfdshfsf. I’m kinda wondering how long the game is going to be and how they’re going to tie everything in and how far they’re going to take Ragnarok, I feel like that’s the main factor to everything else. Like, are they going to go all the way and have an apocalyptic setting similar to gow3, or is it more of a slow burn that doesn’t happen til later? Are they planning a gow5?? I guess I’ll just list what I THINK MIGHT happen?

Ragnarok doesn’t necessarily mean an end to the *world* or even their geographical region (& it’s not even necessarily a bad thing, but it’s more of rebirth or renewal than an apocalypse), but that it’s quite literally the end of the Aesir *gods* and that’s why they wanted to prevent it so badly, and why the world suddenly became dark and scary when Atreus almost died (because Ragnarok is inevitable, he was supposed to help cause it, and something that’s meant to happen, therefore if it doesn’t, it fucks with the world)

Faye (HOPEFULLY) makes an appearance? I feel like if she did it would most likely be in the form of a flashback or a dream. When I first watched/played gow I actually thought she was going to make intermediate appearances as a ghost, or at least even once, similarly to Athena in gow3. I think they purposely held off on doing this to give us hte feeling of missing Faye just like the characters, even though we never even “met” her or saw her face. I’m just wondering if they will show her somehow just based on the collective fanbase response of vocally wanting to see her for ourselves. Even if we just get some concept art or if she makes an appearance in the stalled upcoming comic, I’ll be satisfied

The Giants Army is something that’s mentioned in mythology but also by Mimir where an army of Giants is supposed to take out Thor and Odin? But if they killed most Frost Giants (that we know of), then maybe it’s Surtr and the Fire Giants? The Fire Giants comin in to duke it out with the Aesir out of solidarity & revenge for their Frost Giant cousins sounds badass tbh but I also want an explanation for why they didn’t do it sooner? I wanna see Surtr

Thrud/Þrúðr, Thor’s daughter, makes an appearance maybe? In Norse Mythology she’s a Valkryie, but we never met her as one, and Sindri briefly mentioned that there’s some messy family drama going on with her. So my guess is that, if we see her, she’s too young to be a Valkyrie & maybe she’s sent in as a replacement to find Atreus/Kratos after Thor’s sons and Baldur died (because Thor is lazy)

Characters that I think they MIGHT bring in: Nanna (Baldur’s wife), Bastet and/or Sekhmet but briefly, Angrboda (not really as a love interest, but just a friend :) Atreus would be hinted to have a lil crush on her I think), TYR HE’S ALIVE

Those are just some ideas that I have anyway that aren’t like, already discussed, like Freya possibly getting revenge on Kratos etc. I’m also hoping for bi Kratos and genderfluid Atreus but hfuahf

I actually hope that Faye stays a non-goddess and just a Jotun (UNLESS maybe its implying she became one), it'd be kinda weird that the gow lore made Kratos the god & Laufey the giant when in mythology it's reversed, only for Faye to become a goddess again
