Remmick's not completely delusional about it too, thats why i emphasized his expressions throughout. He made the decision to go for it. He consciously, deliberately ignores Sammie's pleas and refusal and put his desire/needs/instinct/whatever the hell is wrong with him on top of Sammie's safety. In his mind, and maybe fueled by years of one-sided crush/lust/obsession, he thought he deserves this for saving Sammie...
Post-comic Sammie would be very shaken and ashamed i think, i like other commenter's theory where Sammie doesn't confide in Stack and Smoke because they will scold him or worse blame him for the kidnapping. Maybe he's been in trouble before and while the twins look after him and care for him, they're doing shady business that requires minimum mistakes to keep everybody's afloat and alive.
Maybe after some time, Sammie would even try to downplay the severity of that rape by reasoning to himself that at least he's still alive. At least it's Remmick and not a stranger. It's a fucked up coping mechanism but Sammie doesnt want to trouble the twins, and honestly he just wants to fucking forget about it.
(Will it be worse if prior to the comic Sammie did feel a bit attracted to Remmick?? Just a little bit?? Which muddied Sammie's thoughts after and made him question himself and in return drove him to spiraling self-loathing?? Sammie victim-blaming himself? Im not sure so you decide!)
Remmick definitely will be like wraith of sure... He had a taste of Sammie and he wants him even more than before. Worse, he's fueled even further when he realizes Sammie is not going to speak up about this. Now here i think Remmick can go fully delusional. Sammie is scared of him and assumes the worst if he were to fight back or report this anywhere (which is kinda true, Remmick had violated him thoroughly before) and Remmick takes it as Sammie accepting his "love".
Honestly even if Sammie ends up reciprocating, it will be soooo fucked up and still ends up in dead dove no comfort territory
