board will eventually have fabric on it, one of these, I haven't decided AND neither have shipped out yet 😭 so I got impatient and stuck pins on it even tho I'll have to take em all off once fabric is here

now that I'm not constantly sick because of my students I'm trying to actually get some stuff done. next i need to work on more writing but for now, patches and pins are also good

finally working on my melanie king jacket and im waffling over patch placement still

started on the bottom patches because i feel pretty solid about those even if nothing else

and I lost my big pins (I have small ones but they bend with patches lmao) so the placement might be a little crooked already. not sure if i ought to stop n undo the patch I'm working on or just embrace it and make it all a little wonky

anyway i also have a polybius pin for it too bc i think she'd dig urban legends like that

and the back of the pin has an eye on it, to reinforce the overall theme

Happy 1 year anniversary to Thunderbolts*!

This had been the first MCU movie I saw at the cinema after Multiverse of Madness and totally didn't expect to be hit so close to my heart and fall in love so dearly with that weird group of "secondary characters"! Obviously I've been touched the most by Yelena and mostly Bob, whom I only remembered vaguely from a Doctor Strange comic, but enough to drive me to watch the movie out of curiosity. At the time I had no idea of how hard I'd fall in love with his character though, I only vaguely knew he was very strong and very golden (thanks to Lewis as well for his incredible performance!) Yelena and Bob's care for each other is the absolute driving force of the movie, and while a group shot is currently in the works, I wanted to start celebrating with the two of them first 🙏🏻💕
