Can ultimate Kars kill Gojo?
Does Kars outspeed Gojo? Kars can dodge Stroheim’s UV Ray without his transformation, making him faster than light.
Can he get past infinity? Maybe. Ultimate Kars has cellular manipulation and the power to make parts of himself into any plant and animal, to adapt to extreme conditions, and to make stronger than natural animals. Using this ability, and his ridiculous durability and his excellent speed, there is a chance that he somehow manages to sneak a part of himself past infinity if he spreads himself to a mere cell’s length, or manages to trick Gojo.
The biggest strength ultimate Kars has is his stats are outstanding, so that he can figure out complex puzzles like infinity with enough time.
And even if he doesn’t figure it out, what he can also do is replicate Hamon, or Ripple. Ripple from Kars was enough to melt part 2 Joseph’s knee. If he wished to, he could make it so that every surface Gojo touches, would liquify Gojo’s flesh by conducting ripple.
But what I think is most likely is Ultimate Kars gains cursed energy. Upon Ultimate Kars gaining cursed energy, he wouldn’t know how to use it immediately but when he would figure it out, it would immediately be more powerful than almost anyone.
Can he get through reversed Curse technique
With his basic set of abilities, he cannot brute force his way through infinity. He has to be clever. Kars has shown the ability to adapt to otherwise exceedingly lethal phenomena relatively quickly. I believe that Kars would be able to think of a way around it. In the small membrane of Kars cells example, where Kars could produce a gas that contains his cells, then let the gas move into Gojo’s breathable air, then begin to multiply inside him, while using the cellular consumption that can eat flesh merely by moving through it.

It is a battle of endurance, and the ultimate Life Form, Kars, cannot tire.
Does Gojo Know he’s doomed?
Gojo would be reassured that he’s untouchable by repelling all the usual arsenal from Kars. It’s only when Kars starts to get hit and regenerate from the first Hollow Purple Gojo sends at him that Gojo starts to sweat.
Gojo would have one chance to use his domain expansion and catch Kars off guard. Then Kars would adapt. As soon as Kars adapts to the domain expansion, and begins to devise ways to negate Gojo’s attacks then Gojo would become very much concerned. If Kars starts using cursed techniques, then he’d start to panic and tire himself out.
Kars is patient. He can wait.
Yes, it would just take a few hours.
