late night im tired and should be sleeping post, but tim feels whole responsible for what happened with bruce at the end of the arkham games. its why he’s so adamant on protecting the city in his stead. he feels by not pushing hard enough by not trying hard enough he couldn’t help bruce. couldn’t save him.  he’s at a severe disadvantage against Gotham’s forces but he tries so hard even until his body pushes past its limits just because he wants to keep people safe and preserve the legacy and promise he made to Bruce. to keep fighting always. 

he has a fear that he’s going to let people down, get people killed, people he cares for. and it yet again it’ll be all his fault.

              It feels like it should be so easy. Listen to Bruce. Obey Bruce. Don't question Bruce. But he can't sit tight and wait as he's out there getting hurt --- or worse.

              It's strange how the thief became ally in these trying times. As Gotham keeps turning over and over into more of an hell --- and their savior gets deeper and deeper into the abyss.
