“Something must be very wrong with your memory and capacity then, I would say.” Alecto snuffed quietly and rolled her eyes. Of course, she knew he just wanted to tease her as it was usual behavior of the two of them. “Oh, do you want me to wish something different as an apology?” Smirking ambiguously she raised an eyebrow interrogatively and scrutinized him from the bottom to the top. “What ever you chose, honey”, she answered teasingly and rolled her eyeballs again. Luckily for him, she did like fire whiskey. Otherwise he would have to think of another way to please her. Because after all the years he had known her by now he should now that it was better to not make her unhappy. It would be much cleverer. “So, what are you doing here all on your own? It’s a bit embarrassing sitting alone in a bar, isn’t it?”
Alex laughed quitely at her words. The young wizard didn’t like other people in general but Alecto amused him, which came pretty close to a compliment coming from him. “Since when did you started to care about what other people want and wish for, Darling? Getting as pathetic as the rest of the world?”, he asked directly back at her and raised an eyebrow. “Cause that would be a shame.”, he added. And well, it is probably well known by now that Alex didn’t really care about making other people happy, not even her. “I rather see it as a sign of my superiority. Other than all of those little ants around here I haven’t got the desperate need of telling anybody everything about my oh so dramatic life. What about you Carrow?”
