Cazel, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for this picture. This is my no.1 ship in the world (no pun intended, lolol ocean theme), and any picture with them in it totally warms me up with a smile. I love the verse you chose for them, the lighthouse motif in the background, and the soft glow illuminating the sky. Even their pose together is so perfect, aaaaah, it’s just got THEM written all over it.

I really enjoyed working on this because of the subject matter, haha. Cazie’s Renoke and my Aphro make a good set of buddies. My head canon is that they’re sitting there digging into Scriptures and having a jolly old time trying to figure out certain passages in the New Testament.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JESUS and MERRY CHRISTMAS. <3 This is a present for my darling friend, Cazel. She gave me the key-words “Making Melodies” for the art exchange this year. Obviously that is code for “draw a bake sale”, right? I ENCOURAGE YOU TO LISTEN TO THIS AS YOU VIEW THIS DRAWING. That is where the “melodies” part of the key-word comes in. The “making” is because they are making yummy desserts for the bake sale. -smacked-
But honestly, I look at this picture and imagine my favorite Christmas carols playing in the back ground. I really enjoyed drawing this, so I hope you like it, Case. c:

My little sister wanted to be Sweetie Belle for Halloween this year. She quietly hinted that I should be Rarity to complete the sister-combo, claiming that their dynamic is very similar to ours. How can I ignore the request of my darling little sis?
It ended up being a huge blessing to do this with her. Obviously, Sweetie Belle costumes are hard to come by, so we ended up working on it from mostly-scratch (my costume was much easier, seeing that I already had a shirt and boots I could use). It was all a huge learning experience sewing-wise! We had fun figuring it out together. God really blessed us by leading us to the right fabrics-- especially with the colors we needed! My mom saw how hard we were working on the costumes and decided that she wanted to buy us wigs to complete the outfits. They turned out to be the perfect colors! The only thing I’d really want to improve about the costumes are the boot covers. We ran out of time to really make them accurate.
I’ll definitely never forget this experience with my sister. We had a lot of fun. <3

I’m so blessed to have a friend like you. I praise God that you were born 25 years ago, and that I got the chance to meet you in high school. He’s really got some amazing plans for your future! AMAZING LAS VEGAS COMIC CON IS NOW OVER!! It was a really great time and there were so many cool fantastic people all about, it was so exciting, despite the rounds of exhaustion that followed after each day ended.
Thanks to all the folks who stopped by, thanks to my adorable precious friends, and thanks to captainashlet for being my table buddy–if she hadn’t agreed to table with me, we would’ve missed out on this dizzying but awesome experience!!
ALVCC has been a complete blessing and an eye opener–I’m looking forward to doing more artist alleys in the future!! :3
I adored doing a table with Cazel at the Amazing Las Vegas Comic Convention a few weeks ago! It was such a blessing to share this experience with my best friend and sister. Get ready, Cazel, we’re going to do this again soon, Lord willing!
