    She hadn’t expected the same action in return from the lion. Her eyes watched him trail his larger paw over her backside, and she had to fight back the SHIVER that wanted to run down her spine. It was a simple touch but it felt so nice. She felt a small bit of heat rise in her face. 

                    Was it from the sun? Yes, totally. Absolutely from the sun. Had to be.

    “And my spots are better than any MANE you’ll ever grow.” She laughed to herself, finding her own remark funny. Hey, it was true.

“What? Says who? You don’t know what my mane’s gonna look like.” he retorted with a small smirk on his maw, along with an accompanying eye roll. “None of us do. Might even be bigger than my Dad’s.” Kion’s expression fell for a moment. “Besides, nobody ever said spots are better than manes. Everybody’s got something about them that’s...uh...unique.”
