DANGER ON MIAMI BEACH COVID-19 PANDEMIC WARNING Who's job is it to protect the hotel guests? My hotel opens tomorrow with all the safeguards in place but it may not make any difference because the six pack of illegal shadow hotel operators who operate their unlicensed hotel business on the internet using Airbnb and other sites while using my hotel lobby and pool deck as if it belonged to them remain free to do anything they can get away with. Rules don't matter to the business owners who run their shadow hotel business at 6345 Collins Avenue because they have no business license (hotel license) and they operate without employees or insurance with no regard to the safety and security of the general public faced with the perils of the covid-19 pandemic. The question becomes" "besides me, who cares?". These unlicensed business owners appear to make fools out of the City of Miami Beach Officials as they operate under the radar even after being reported to the City where nobody seems to feel it's their job to prevent unlicensed, uninsured shadow hotel businesses from operating under the radar on Miami Beach. wwww.casablancacondorenters.com/steubenagenda
