Ok now I'm back; it's also because of how hypocritical Skipper can be. I mean, there's that clip of Skipper yelling "PENGUINS NEVER SLEEP" at the others while chinstrap penguins take 10.000 short naps a day, plus chinstraps are also nicknamed ringed penguins and I just think it's funn since he calls Julien "ring-tail"

im kinda glad that penguins of madagascar reboot that artist tried pitching got rejected. because it looks like garbage and nothing like part of the universe. you can tell they just stole the look from that spiderman movie that came out years ago and said "yeah lets do this with fucking penguins" like how abt no?? lol

Allow me to disagree with you. I do agree that the Spider-Verse style is definitely overused and that not everything should try to mimic it because it completely destroys what it's supposed to be, unique, but I don't think Kade Byrand's art and ideas were bad. I honestly cried when I found out DreamWorks rejected it after seeing how cool his art was

But that's just my opinion and after all, I doubt there'll ever be another revival pitch.
