banana popsicles: 1 memory I have of you
One time I was home from school for the whole week, sick, and you let me come downstairs every day and spend the day on the couch and when all the fun shows were over in the morning, you turned on your daytime dramas. I remember you would pause them all the time to catch me up in the plots and explain who was who, so by the third day I was into it, and we watched them together. I really liked that you were patient and shared that with me, Mom. Now I can ask you what happened when I get home from school and we have things to talk about that are kind of similar to real life instead of just hero life or school or magic.
mint choco froyo: 3 things I'm proud of
Gosh, Mom, three MORE things? Before I said "Mom, Dad, and my report card". Okay...um... I'm proud of...
being able to help people,
being smart even without Solomon's help,
and being brave even without Achilles' help.
green tea ice cream: something that reminds me of you
Static electricity kind of reminds me of you, because it feels tingly to me as Billy the same way I can sense magic when I'm Marvel, and that's how your magic feels. Not the shock-off-a-doorknob kind that hurts, but the all-over crackle feel that makes fine hair stand on end. That's like your magic.
Also lemons remind me of you, because you like lemons. The smell of lemons, even.
strawberry tea: favourite outfit
My red converse shoes, black jeans, Superman T-shirt, and if I want to be a little upscale, one of my long-sleeve dress shirts untucked, and unbuttoned enough to just see the top of my t-shirt. If not my shirt then I'd wear a hoodie.
(I kindof wish I could try a tuxedo one of these days because Damian tells me he has to wear them sometimes to places with his dad and I want to know if it's fun to dress all grown-up like that, or if it's a big a pain as some adults say it is, because Zach seems to like wearing them!)
