The difference between "all wheel drive" and "four wheel drive" is that all wheel drive cars use the steering wheel to drive.
A car with only three wheels can be all wheel drive and four wheel drive, as the steering wheel counts as the fourth wheel.

Mobile homes, such as the one shown above, originated from the days where people would pick up their entire house when they moved.
Once motorized vehicles became more popular the duty of home transportation was given to cars and trucks.
Eventually, the mobiles and the homes fused together to create mobile homes.

Short answer: This car is a 2009-2025 Fiat 500C (the 2007-2025 Fiat 500's cabriolet version).
Long answer: In Europe, the 500 was restyled in 2015 with new lights and bumpers the example in picture doesn't have...
...but the one in picture is a US model (see: the amber and red bumper reflectors on the wheel arches), which did not receive these exterior updates and was sold from 2010 (2011 for the 500C) until 2019.
However, from 2018 all Fiat 500s sold were 500 Turbos, which have a bodykit that the example in picture does not have.
This would pin the example in picture between 2011 and 2017.
All this said, the rear lights appear to be those of the European restyling of 2015.
Bar errors in the above, this should not be possible, so they must have been imported and fitted by the owner.

Darwinism can be seen in the evolution of cars. Car have grown larger over time to better defend themselves from other cars. The larger, heavier car is the one that tends to come out on top when two cars clash. So they evolve to grow even larger in a perpetual arms race.
Part of this comes from the symbiotic relationship cars have with humans. In exchange for transporting the humans around and sheltering them while doing so, the car gets food, shelter, and maintenance.
If the human does not adequately take care of the car, the car will usually turn in the human. Unfortunately, this often comes at the cost of the car’s own life.

Cars evolved primarily to increase their survival rate by growing larger and capable of holding more.
Motorcycles evolved to be able to outrun other predators, prioritizing speed and agility.
