I am trying to see a silver lining in this quarantine...
When this first started and Covid-19 started to spread, I was anxious, depressed about the thought that I couldn’t see my friends or family & it stressed me out. Don’t get me wrong, I am worried about my family and friends, everyone that I care about are in my thoughts always, but I want to remain positive. A lot of good things have happened since there was an emergency declared. - I have moved in with my boyfriend (more about that in a future post!) - I have gotten more hours at work - I have gotten on a routine of working out and eating better again - My sleeping patterns are improving - I’ve learned how to not only check the oil in my car, but also how to change it - I’ve taken advantage of free courses online and have learned a lot from those - I’ve learned a lot of skills can’t teach you (like how to run a household, how to do taxes, etc.) - I’ve learned that there actually is food at home lol and that I have so many things I don’t need. I have donated lots and plan to donate more! While I can acknowledge these positive things, I still can’t wait for this to end and to see my loved ones again! Stay safe!!
